Try reading the Bogota FAQ thread and see Routard's recent update from Oct 28. Look at World Travel 69's maps under the Bogota Lists thread. Unless there are also under pressure by the police, then you still have more pussy than you could shake a stick at in a year. No need to catch a plane to anywhere.

I did read up on Routard's update and have World travel 69's maps on my phone now. Vacation saved with just a bit more research. I had focused totally on Santa Fe before my visit.

It was my first time here and at least to me this looked bad. You are all correct. There is plenty of action to be had within a $2-5 $ uber / taxi trip anywhere in the city.

Visited santa fe with other ISG member between 2 pm and 4 pm it was much better with street girls action when yesterday night. I saw at least 10 beautiful girls I would like to fu. Ck. Visited this place at 10.30 pm it was Sunday so every massage place have just 2-3 average looking girls. Most of massage places asking 80 mil-30 min and 100 mil-1 hour. The last massage shop I think it was number 14 have 4 girls they was with average look. I pay 100 mil for 1 hour. The girl was colombiana from Cali she done some massage and we fu, cked till I cum after done some massage again. The room is small here just with massage table but have fan and its clean. Visited many places today with PuntingGeorge seems this one wasnt on map Sirenita Calle 67 #15-42 they open 7 days per week it has bar inside and not so bad looking place we visited it on Sunday so they have 3 girls. I take one black venezualian girl she have great attitude and fucks well 30 min-32 mil they advertising price on the wall. Room also was fine. What's the best strategy for getting rid of them, just ignore them? How do they react to being told to get lost, in Spanish of course! (No me molestes hombre, for example). Can't you just go straight to the bar in a club there, I certainly wouldn't want some guy I don't know sitting at my table, ordering me beers, I can do that myself!

In my travels in Mexico (which I understand is way different from Colombia) I learned a hand sign that probably is universal in Latin America. Simply walk away and avoid eye contact while waggling your index finger back and forth, pointed up. This was very effective for me when I learned it. Anyone seen it used anywhere else in Latin America?

Pretty much a sign to leave you alone because you won't even consider what is being offered. May work with polite or normal hawkers, maybe totally ignored by the persistently obnoxious touts you described in your post. Worth a try.

Police surrounded SF tonight Closed the streets and shut down all clubs accept Fiebre, just a few girls on the street. I was told they detained 140 girls and are deporting them.

International news media reports, no doubt based on a press release by Bogota authorities, that 40 venezuelan girls were rescued from sexual slavery and that 144 people were detained "to help with inquiries".

I went to SantaFe that night with SunnyBoyPerth. I enjoyed the peace and quiet and felt safe because of all the police. But not much to do, so we went to Chapinero and had a fun time at Divas Club Calle 61 #13-79. Much better vibe than in SantaFe clubs.

Most casas, spas, massage places in Colombia advertise there.

Independents, too, but they are hit and miss. I've had some excellent and some awful experience with independents. Girls who get thrown out of casas for bad behaviour work as independents, and cool diamonds do, too. I never do "a domicilio", I always go to her place. , then I can leave quickly if I get a bad feeling about her. Also, I have more control over time, not having to wait for her to show up. Saves money, too, domicilio costs more and I pay for taxis either way. And finally, she cannot rob me and disappear, I could in theory take the police to her place.

Not very many girls but they were there. Taxi driver repeated that it was dangerous. Taxi driver pulled up next to the police. The police told me that the area was not for someone like me. I'm white w / blue eyes & limited Spanish.

I've been to Tijuana, Pattaya, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Medellin etc. I've walked Pattaya beach road and Tijuana late at night and easily handled any problems but this seemed a bit different.

Any way to save this trip? Should I just give up and book to Medellin for a few days?

The police are deporting girls, according to the report. That should be self-explanatory. Police routinely do that all around the world, in Germany and SE Asia, as well. Foreigners are generally excluded from legal or tolerated prostitution activities in many places. I wouldn't be surprised if the local girls were complaining to the police about the unwanted competition.

Plenty of white guys (Colombian and gringos) enjoy Santa Fe. You should not have let them scare you. But next time go earlier prime time is 8 pm to 1 a.

I walked around Santa Fe at 11 pm on Friday. Plenty of girls but none I would get hard for, they may be young but I don't find them fresh or cute. And the touts outside the clubs are like flies, many and persistent, but you can wave them off. If you want the most number of girls in the shortest time for the least money, this is where to come.

My limiting factor, however, is not money or time but leches, so I prefer quality to quantity. Here you have my recommendation for the other end of the spectrum, an establishment with five-star rooms and five-star service:

The place is not new so I'm surprised it's not on the map. 170 k may seem like a lot, but I think it's good value for what you're getting. Apparently some Japanese customers like to take three girl for an hour in the hot tub. 3 x170 k = 510 k is still good value for the level of service, I guess. Put it on the expense account.

Nearby is a place I reported a while back as Akira. The correct name is Adhara. Maybe four-star to Nanxing's five.

Santa Fe is just 10% of Bogota's mongering scene, the most famous but IMHO not the best one. Just check my FAQ http://www.internationalsexguide.nl/...=1#post2241562 plenty of other options.
