I have a question never been to Bogota before I am planning to go this December, so is December bad time to go since the girls are busy with their family?
Thanks in advance.

I think he was only talking about Aroma. The club Colombia was the beer, hence at 12 k that's why it was very expensive.

After finishing everything I needed to do early, I decided to explore the area and check out some places. This involved almost 18 miles of walking yesterday.
The area:
I explored the area between Carrera 15 and Autopista Norte, from Calle 93 to Calle 126. This is one of the best neighborhoods in Bogota, also one of the most expensive. My hotel was in the middle of the area.
Suite 109: Calle 109 A #17-52.
170 k per night, including tax. Area is extremely quiet day and night. Rooms vary. Mine had a large balcony, 2 bathrooms, a very large bedroom with queen bed and a separate sitting room with couch. Next door room had a fireplace. There were a few issues. Bed was too hard, felt like a futon mattress. Heater didn't work, but desk provided a portable heater which worked fine. No hairdryer or iron in room. Maybe available at desk. Water pressure in one bathroom was very low. Other bathroom had a cheap shower head. Hot water was hot and unlimited. No security guard, front desk is staffed 24 hours and door is usually locked. It would be a good place to wife up, but doesn't appear chica friendly. However, on check in I was asked twice if I wanted to register for 1 or 2 people.
Centro Comercial Unicentro is one of the more popular malls in Bogota. It is located between Calle 122 - 126 at Carrera 15. There are 3 casinos located in the mall. Across from and just south of Unicentro is ground zero for casas de Cambio. There are 30 - 50 different currency exchange businesses all clumped together. If you need to exchange for pesos, this is probably the best place.
Restaurants:
Within the area are most of the best restaurants in Bogota along with plenty of cheap options. Plenty of options are along Calles 122, 116, 109,100 and 93, and Carreras 15 and 19. Calle 116 has a Hooters along with more casual family dining. Calle 109 restaurants are more upscale. The Carreras have more of the comida tipica and burger joints. Parque 93 has a mix of all 3.
The area around Calle 109 is full of spas, barbers and hair salons. Most of the barber shops are very lavish, if you are looking for a 5 star haircut. There are also several places for legitimate massages.
Mongering:
Most of the opportunities are in the clubs which have been reviewed by others. They tend to be expensive. There are several massage parlors in the area. Some can be found on Mileroticos. The ones I have specific info on are The Mezzanines and Anabella's Spa.
The Mezzanines are on the northwest corner of Carrera 15 at Calle 104. There are 5 or so tiny massage spots on the second floor. I didn't visit this trip. The rooms are tiny. Each place typically has 3 - 5 girls. About 100 k for an hour with full service and CBJ.
Anabella's Spa is just south at Carrera 15 #103-37.3 - 5 girls, average looks, same price. The one I saw had a great spinner body with perfect teacup tits. Room was tiny, but they have a larger room for 20 k more.
The only club I visited is listed on the monger map as Punto G at Carrera 15 # 95-80. The current name is Punto 95.15 average looking girls, in a large, average looking club. Most appeared to be late 20's to mid 30's. If you're anywhere close to the area someone will try to pull you in. I'm guessing hours are 8 or 9 pm to 2 or 3 am. Upon entry you'll be led to a seat and handed a drink menu. Club Colombia is 30 k, chica drinks are 45 k. This is the point when you should realize, there are better options.
After ordering your drink, all available girls will gather and do a quick walk by. Then they will wait for you to pick one. It's one of the more awkward things I've seen. There were only 3 customers, so there were plenty of choices, just no good choices.
Rooms are 150 k. Seeing the club, I expect they are only worth 10 k. Girls expect 300 k, but with no customers and ridiculous room prices, some will quickly drop to 150 k. For 300 - 450 k you can have a 50 k Medellin Centro experience with a 30 k girl.
Conclusion:
As I knew when I booked my room, this is not a mongering area. Best bets are the massage parlors daytime. If you're looking for fine dining and upscale shopping, this is a good spot.

Were they offering sex services?
Club Colombia is at what address?
The only one that shows up is a Restaurant on Avenida 82 # 9-11. http://www.restauranteclubcolombia.com.co/.
Thanks.

I'm in Bogota for 2 days for work. I landed with no mongering intentions, since I'll be busy most of the day and hope to meet up with a friend for dinner. My intentions were tested just after I landed and checked in on Facebook. A Medellin contact is in Bogota and immediately hit me up.
My friend couldn't make it to dinner last night, so I splurged. I'm staying near Calle 109 and there are some great, expensive restaurants nearby. If you're looking for good margaritas, good food and don't mind the price, try La Santa Guadalupe.
After dinner, still sticking with my no mongering plan, but wanting something to do I walked down to Aroma why Tanga (Cra. 15 #95-52). On the way in some guy tried to steer me to a different club a few doors down. If plans fail tonight I'll visit and report.
Aroma why Tanga is Bogota's answer to Santiago's "cafe con piernas. " The place is probably only 12' wide and about 70' deep, a catwalk with a 2 x 12 plank serving as a bar down each side. I think the zona rosa location has a more traditional layout. There were 8 girls working, all average to above average, cute, but no knockouts. All the girls dressed in identical halters and skirts, most with a bra and substantial panties underneath. The customers were mostly businessmen.
No cover charge, Club Colombia was 12 k, chica drinks 20 k. For 70 k, if I understood the girl correctly, they will strip down to pasties and panties. Hours 6 pm - 3 am Monday thru Saturday.
If you want to pay for overpriced drinks while chatting with pretty girls, with no chance for anything else, it's an okay place. No chance might be a bit strong. If you worked on them, you might find one willing to see you on her day off. Mostly they are just there to sell overpriced drinks.
