I've had the same experience and am wondering the same thing. I hope someone can answer this.

A lot depends on where the apartment is located. One problem that several have reported, the pictures don't always match who answers the door. Another problem is you have no idea what the service will be like.

An alternative is to find Bogota prepagos who use Twitter to advertise. Better chance to get accurate pictures and you can get an idea how long they've been working and whether it's worth a visit.

I'm pretty sure I did an image search on google of some of them and you will notice other girls images popping up so I remember not trying them at all and just stuck with another one. I'm going to answer see again, because you seem to have a blind spot on this.

Brothels are not camera friendly. It does not matter where in the world you are, brothels are not camera friendly. This means that brothels in Medellin aren't camera friendly. It means brothels in Bogota aren't camera friendly.

If you show up with a full production crew from HBO, pay a large sum of money and procure your own independent porn stars, you can find a brothel that will let you use their facilities, provided they get a free plug and some royalties. Otherwise, good luck.

How safe is any place? Santa Fe is fairly safe for me during the day, but if I was going to Santa Fe I'd be carrying no more than 250 k COP, no phone, no wallet. Nothing but a little cash and a copy of my passport. I would also confine myself to the main streets and pay attention to the surroundings.

It really doesn't matter if you find someone to film, because the chances of you leaving Colombia with your camera are slim.

If you want to come to Colombia to make porn, it's really easy. Rent a penthouse, $250 minimum per night, in an estrato 6 neighborhood. Santa Fe is not really dangerous during the day as long as you are street wise--No Girl will do porn for $12-- At least no girl worth shooting-- And my personal experience is most don't want to-- and I have shot girls here.
