I've only tried it on my first trip and the hottest woman on there was a fake ad using a European webcam girl's pics. "She" was advertising videos and meetups, but would not confirm a time to actually meet. Eventually, I moved on and sometime later saw the same photos elsewhere.

Use reverse image search when in doubt. I'm sure there's legit women on there, but I never used the site again after that.
