Dann Carlton is guest-friendly. However, if you are choosing to stay near the airport then just know the Dann Carlton is north Bogota about 30 minutes from the airport. And that's assuming no traffic. 45 minutes to an hour with traffic which is terrible in Bogota during rush hour.

The thing to know about hotels is that a lot of it comes down to you and your guest, along with the hotel itself. How big is the lobby? Where are the elevators located (near main entrance and close to front desk or is it more discreet and you can get by without the front desk seeing you?) Nevertheless, I'd recommend booking the reservation for 2 guests. If you walk in with your amiga, you'll probably just have to register her. Whether your hotel charges for extra guests, it depends on their policy but that's why it's best to book for 2 guests.

I was in Bogota this past weekend and stayed at a hotel in Zona Rosa. Booked a reservation for 2 guests. Walked in a couple times with different girls, the security guard asked the guest to register at the front desk which took her ID, made a copy, gave it back, asked me to sign off on it and off to the room. It didn't bother me, and there was no guest charge. It's slightly annoying having to go through that process, but it's more secure for the front desk to have the chicas info and ID copy in the case something highly unlikely happens and there's a need to reference that information. Bogota has LOTS of hotels, some have more lax policies than others. I'd also advise to stay in the area you'd like to stay in and feel most comfortable in. I like Zona Rosa and felt most comfortable there. Further south might have more lax guest policies, but I don't care much about that. Book for 2 guests, make sure the girl doesn't dress or smell like it's obvious, and you should be fine. Escorts typically know how to dress when asked to go to a hotel. They're not idiots.
