Funny to imagine a non spanish speaker using colloquial expressions.

Without being offensive (I wouldn't try to be sarcastic) the best expression to use would be "ay amor, eso es mucho, puedes bajar el precio. Para mi?" Being sweet and tender with any Colombian woman, pro or no pro gets one farther than being sarcastic.

I usually stay in the Santa Fe Suits Hotel. A 3 minute walk from Atunes. (From USA 011-57-1-744-3007) This time I had my Mexican secretary reserve a room for me and got a 30 k rate. I scan the local talent and get phone numbers for a later booking later. Here's a question. Is there another mongering town within a 2 or 3 hour bus ride? Let's meet up? I have a story or two from 50 years of mongering. BF.

Currently in Bogota, haven't mongered in Bogot much besides a few houses. I'd like to check out Santa Fe if someone wants to come along. People recognize I'm a gringo right away, and I only speak some Spanish. Am in my 30's.

You could say like this when you think the price is very high:

"bejese de esa nube" means, your price is absurd, is sky high.

"No esta ni tibio" means the price is not good enough.

"cuanto es el mnimo, vecino" means is expensive and you want a friendly discount.

These are very colloquial expressions.

I am there on Monday. Worse night in the week, but, instead of going to usual places, I wish to have a look somewhere else.
I never tried in Bog. Only in MDE. I checked the web sites from the List, but they are either open only on weekends either do accept only couples.
Any advice for me single male?
If I don't find, I will end up to have a beer in Santa Fe. Not so entertaining.

Hey man, I am sorry to learn that you got scammed. There are private, (illegal), *****houses in Bogota but these are by word of mouth only. Every so often one ends up making the news. If you ever make a good Colombian friend they could probably provide some leads. Good luck hunting!

I've gotten some PMs from concerned members considering business with Aunsa, so I figure it appropriate to update. AUNSA HAS STILL NOT RETURNED MY $400 USD. Strangely, he has emailed me occasionally, promising he will get it to me "tomorrow", but this has happened several times over a period of weeks and still no money. I would recommend against trusting him with money based on my experience.
