Think we are talking about two different places guys. There is an area downtown called Centro Internacional. I was interested in knowing where in that area is the aforementioned place located. Mezzanine is well known and been reported on many times. Do not believe APL was referring to it with his last report. So again I ask "where is this place"?

Where is this place?

They are about a block or 2 away from the casas de cambio in the downtown financial district. All the places that I have visited entails going up a flight of stairs. I think some are on avenida 7. I will double check for you.
