So what are the best clubs to hit in Bogota? I will be making my first trip there in April. I plan to get one way ticket from Medellin this way I can stay or leave when I want. Also do the hotels in Bogota upcharge for having visitors?

The only clubs I've been to in Santa Fe are Troya & Paisas. I wouldn't recommend going to either one of them at night unless you are with a group or feeling particularly brave.

Then there is Zona Rosa, which is a nice upscale area that has several what I would consider brothels around the edges of the commercial part. There are at least four. I don't remember the names and most look like nondescript buildings as far as I could tell. I was guided to each of them by a man named LEO who was clearly expecting a fee from them for bringing in business. I'm a month late but so what. Went to Bogota for the first time after deciding Santa Fe would be more peaceful than Veracruz in Medellin.

Did my hunting from Calle 24 to Calle 22.
