    Bogota Out and about

So I am living in Bogota for work purposes. I came here for multiple reasons.

What I have seen so far has been all kind of levels:

    1. La Mansion. This place has some of the most perfect girls I had ever seen. Oh yes they are all made of plastic butt and breast. That night we we also went to Lalos place. Tons of stunners in there also. Price remained the same about at 300, 000 for a single shot. I saw only one worth it for that price.

    2. Walked around the Transmilenio stop near Sante Fe to check out the infamous La Piscina. What I saw there was scary yes the hookers I

Once again probably a little to early

    3. Had a real bad experience when jaunted over to Extasis near 85th and 15th on a early Sunday evening. I learned my lesson don't show up early to a bar.

    4. Last night found another bar called Amor VIP or something to that effect. The bar was on 15th(around 94th) on either side. I will probably be checking it out tomorrow.

Where is a good place to meet GFE's or non-pro's? Is there a preferred discoteca for such things?

Most of my positive whoring experience has been in the Phillipines not just for price buy most of the girls made fun companions also.

Honduras was crap for P4P compared to here. But I had a cute fun trophy girlfriend while working in Honduras.

I know Colombia is more 1st world but isn't this place supposed to be good for finding trophy girlfriends also (no I am not looking in whoring establishments for such things)

    No problems

Is this for real? Do any of you guys who travel there ever had any problems with the altitude? I have never seen it in the forum before.

Also is it best for a first time traveller to rent an apartment of stay in a hotel. Hola Mundo had a great report but the taxi thing sounds troublesome. What is your advice. Hotel or apartment for first time to Bogota?
Nope. Not a problem. Lima, Peru, Yes. Cuszco, Peru, Yes, Quito, Bolivia, Yes.

I'd say rent an apartment, you can micohonda una Pizza for your date and she'll be well pleased!

PM me and I'll give you the Email and website of the Company I use. A decent Hotel is like $50USD a night, a Apt is $50-$70 but you have 0% haste with bringing chicks home.

I never used to have a problem but did the last time I came in. Not bad enough to keep me away from the booze tho.

I have had altitude adjustment issues, but my friends have never had any. BOG is at 8500-9000 feet depending on where you're located. My issues went away after a day or so.

    Regading El Virrey:

Did the chicas have to register at the desk? I like picking SGs on occassion and some of them sometimes do not carry IDs.

BtW, was it a double or single you booked?

    Thanks,

    CC

No. It does not make any difference. I stayed in a single room, and had no problem with short-term visits. I never had anyone stay overnight therefore don't know their rules about that, but it is highly likely that they they will not say anything.

El Virrey has no extra cost. I never tried two girls...I highly recomend it though.

Bogotá High End Clubs for PROS - Zona Rosa

I just posted my Bogotá report including the high-end strip clubs in Zona Rosa:

    Casanova
    Club Extasis, and
    Lalo's

The all are in same general area, and you will find top quality girls. I did't go to La Mansion, but I think it is similar - Taxi drivers will know. I saw a girl named "Ashley" at Lalo's, tall, thin, beautiful, and spoke some English.

Also, there is more info here:

So I am wondering what the story is in Bogota? I have seen a few escort sites. The girls look amazing but their faces are hidden. Here in America that is a huge no-no. Are these sites legit? An example is chuscas (add the 3 w's and com at the end)

As for clubs. Can anyone recommend a good club to meet pros? I am looking for higher end stuff. The really hot girls. I am used to paying much more than whatever the going rate is in Colombia I am sure. So any advice on that front would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,

    First trip to Bogotá

Taxi – In Bogota, I was warned by almost everyone to be careful about taxi drivers – they will rob, kidnap, overcharge and generally have very bad reputation. Luckily, with enough precautions, I did not have any problem, but they scared the hell out of me. Late at night at the airport, I had to wait for almost two hours to get a secure cab "Taxi Autorizados" because it was Friday night and there were no cabs in the line – they charged me 21k to downtown. There were plenty cabs on the street in front of the terminal but not in the line, and were charging lot more money – some were asking around 80k. Even in the ""Taxi Autorizados" line, they were running some scam where for a good fare a taxi will appear all of sudden. At some point, people complained to the police but nothing happened except some shouting between police and people. Unfortunately, I ran into this situation because the hotel screwed up and did not send me taxi. At the hotel, they always called me taxi, but on the street I was on my own. I speak some Spanish, but I had hard time communicating with taxi companies. Often I got hold of people on the street, dialed the number, and let them talk to the taxi company. Depending on the company, I got the code/confirmation number having some relationship with number on the cab's windshield or license plate or a text message with the cab's license plate (placa) and the password (palabra clave).

Phone: I have a jailbroken and unlocked IPhone 3GS which worked great throughout Colombia. The local company "Comcel" seems to have very good 3G service, and I bought their SIM card for may be 5k, and unlimited data plan for 15 days costing about 52k. I found having Google maps with search function to find places, and mail/internet access all the time to be very beneficial while travelling. However, you have to hide the phone and be careful about using it in public. Doing the phone setup for the first time due to data plan activation was complicated, but the store girls were very helpful, and later I just charged the minutes as needed.

Hotel: I stayed at Hotel EL Virrey in downtown and liked it. I found staff to be helpful, and they had no problem with Chicas. It is located in the area where it is safe to walk during the day, but at night it is not safe. During the day, I felt safe to walk to Plaza Bolivar and Monserrate.

Santa Fe: I went couple of times to the strip clubs in this area, Las Paisas and Troya, and found mix of chicas asking for 50k for a quickie. Both places had very loud music, mostly locals, but Troya had very hot dancers. In Troya, most of the local were getting lap dances for their friends for about 5k, and there was hardly any room around to stand, sip beer and talk to Chicas. I took a chica from Las Paisas to hotel for 150k for 2 hours, and later found this girl to be working at Lalos.

Casanova, Club Extasis, and Lalo's: These are high-end strip clubs in Zona Rosa/Parque 93 area. I found Lalo's to have good number and quality of girls. Some model types at 9-10 scale. However, the money just tends to fly at these places. One night I went on splurge in Lalo's and burnt close to $500. The whisky – very expensive, room charge (equivalent to bar fine – I think 95k), tips-cash only, and money for the girl just added up in no time, but I had a good time and made some good contacts. On entry, the hug from the girl from Las Paisas I saw previous night provided immediate credibility and I found myself surrounded by some of the most beautiful girls in the place in no time. It turned out that the girl I saw the previous night had two other roommates, and all three were from Medellin visiting Bogota for a week. I got their numbers, and I saw them in Medellin, and had a great time. The girl I saw in Lalo's offered to meet for dinner or at the hotel on other days if I wanted to avoid bar fine. I tried to walk from Casanova to Lalo's, but I did not feel safe because some drunk touts kept following me. I turned around and took the cab to go block or two. I think these clubs give money to touts if they bring customer. Next time, I just might just go for a beer (25k), and try to get contacts from girls to see them later.
