[Smokers Rule]

In my recent research into chica fees and chica friendliness, I e-mailed a lot of places and called a few too. Here's what I found as far as chica fees go. I think you can circumvent these fees in some cases, such as when you can sneak a girl in or make buddies with the front desk clerk. In any case, these are the "official policies" of the hotels.

By the way, for my money the Embassy Suites is the place to be. I had no problem bringing girls back. They didn't even have to sign in. No charges, no nothing. The suites are large and clean. Something like $120 USD per night.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites several times, called an Escort Service, the lady went to the front desk, they phoned me to advise I had a visitor, once the clerk escorted the lady, knocked on the door and I signed something. That was the worst of it. I never brought one back, I do not think they would object.

What some people do here is they go to La 49 and hook up with girls there, and then once they gain each others' confidence they start to arrange outcall sessions from them. That usually runs around 150k for TLN. Once again, La 49 would be a helluva rare treat for me. I'm just too much of a cheap bastard. I can't imagine paying 160k just for bottle service, even if split 4 or 5 ways. That's so far above the normal market value here it's not even funny!

There are tons of brothels along la 17, Santa Fe as is mentioned here a lot, and also along the 60s and 70s and La Caracas there are tons of other places. Most of these places are in the 30-70k range. Once again, takeout is almost always an option, especially after you've hit a particular girl a couple times. The good part is that these areas are very concentrated so if you don't like one place you just move on.

Oz Platinum on 74th just below Caracas is a strip club where they have a room where you can take girls. The incall part is cheap, to take a girl out is ridiculously expensive though. I have reports from a couple threesomes I had there with my wife a long time ago, you can search for it.

TBPH, I'm in an amigovia phase and really don't even visit the whiskerias that much at this particular point. I've got a couple hookups with girls I really like as people who have their own places and their own money and we treat each other a lot and have no problem keeping each other warm. But of course, you have to have the balls to come here and live here full time to get that sort of benefit!

Yes, please do tell. I would like to find these hotties too. Best I can do so far is Juan Pablos, which has hot chicks but more expensive than 150k TLN.

The MOST you should ever pay here is 150k and that should be for TLN with a knockout. Anything else, you're being ripped off.

Even 150k is really the high end of things here. That's what my friends pay who also pay 240k for a pound of weed that can be gotten for 50k.

You can get absolute 10s from Atunes in Santa Fe for the meager sum of 50K or 50mil pesos. This is of course for a 15-20 min romp on site, but, in my opinion, well worth it for the sport fucker like myself! I would like to know if there are any other places with similar quality for the same prices.

This has me wondering if the girls at Casanovas or Mansion would go for similar prices for shorter times onsite.

I feel like a new man having discovered the scene in Santa fe. It didn't seem as dangerous as everyone makes it out to be (still shady), but I'm used to that type of element, so it wouldn't bother me. Plus I was with a wingman! I will never again spend 300, 000COP when I can get the same or better for 50, 000COP. Changes my whole perspective and brings back my dilemma of DR vs. Colombia, when DR's main draw was price. Oh well, on to the pics!

I've stayed there several times over the years, and always found it comfortable and reasonably chica-friendly. I've brought girls back that I met out, and also had girls come to the hotel. In the latter case, I've always called the front desk to let them know I was expecting someone. Never a problem. I tip well.

As for party-friendly.- maybe not so much of a sure bet. On my last trip, I brought 4 girls back (nice girls I had met at a bar, not professionals). We were talking and drinking, nothing crazy, but definitely on the late side.

The next morning the manager was quite angry, threatened to charge me for the girls, etc. I was very contrite and apologized profusely. No extra charges appeared on my bill, but it definitely showed that there are limits.

Hello Fellow Travellers! I am travelling to Bogotá in a couple of weeks (for a week's vacation) and was wondering if anyone knows of a quiet, safe, reasonably-priced "party-friendly" hotel?

Also, has anyone had any experience staying at Suites Real 97 (or 85), if so, your opinions on these locations would be very much appreciated.

I am just completely amazed at how expensive most hotel rooms are in Bogotá and was considering renting an apartment instead (I just can't afford $1000-$2000 for a hotel room for one week if I am to have any money left over for the real purpose of my travels.).

My principal concerns with respect to a hotel are are quietness, safety and privacy (for party-related activities).

On that note, does anyone know of any reasonably-priced hotels (less than about US $80 per night) that are quiet, safe, clean, and where I can party in my room without fear of having the door being kicked in by hotel security.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I promise a "juicy" trip report upon my return.

I know my co-degenerate following out there has been anxiously awaiting my trip report from my last debaucherous journey to Bogota. While I attempt to come down from Cloud 9 and collect my thoughts, I hope these pics will tide you over! One correction, the one girl, Mariana is from Casanova's, not Juan Pablo'.
