Using a love motel instead of bringing a chica to your hotel or apartment makes a scopolamine attack very unlikely. Anecdotally, I don't remember ever hearing of a drugging incident at a love motel on any Colombia forum.

There are two main reasons for the increase in safety.

- Your main phone, passport, banking apps, debit cards, crypto wallets, watches, sunglasses, and laptops are all safely stored in your hotel.

- Security is much tighter at love motels than normal hotels. The employees actively monitor the hallway cameras so if your chica tries to leave unannounced, they will immediately call your room and come check on you if you don't answer. Getting into a love motel is just as difficult; her accomplices would not be able to enter to help her rob you or move you to another location.

To use a love motel, you can either arrive with the chica and check in together or you can arrive first and text her the room number. There are love motel apps (e. G. MotelNow) but I don't think a reservation is necessary unless you are going at peak time like Saturday night or a holiday.

There are many love motels in Chapinero near Calle 63 and Caracas. Most appear to be higher end and only a few of them are listed in google maps. I recommend Motel Love 62 and Z Motel, both of which are in google maps. The area seems safe to walk around and the streets are never empty because every love motel has an employee standing out front.

There are simpler rooms ("sencilla") as well as more expensive rooms with extras like a sauna or jacuzzi. At higher end love motels with nice facilities, Sencilla usually costs 60 mil-75 mil for four hours. A larger room with a jacuzzi should be about 110 mil-140 mil for four hours. There will be an additional charge of about 40 mil to bring in more than one chica. You can stay overnight for about 50 mil more but the check in / out times are different during the week vs weekends.

There are cheaper love motels in the same neighborhood but I don't think the 20 mil you save is worth the drop in quality and increased likelihood that the hot water, lights, Wi-Fi, or TV isn't working. The budget alternative to a nice love motel is to get a room at Santa Fe Suites for the night for 60 mil; security there is similar to a love motel.

When you arrive at the love motel, walk into the reception area and say "sencilla por favor" or "con jacuzzi". They may ask "efectivo o con tarjeta? Doesn't matter but cash / efectivo is probably easier. You pay when you arrive in the room, not in reception. I have never had any issues with getting change so I always pay cash.

The next bit of Spanish you'll need is when reception walks you to the elevator and tells you which floor to go to.

Segundo = second floor.

Tercero = third floor.

Cuarto = fourth floor.

Quinto = fifth floor.

Sexto = sixth floor.

They generally try to keep things discreet and avoid clients running into each other or having to awkwardly share the elevator so they get you into a room ASAP. Some motels have signs asking you to take the stairs down so you don't run into couples taking the elevator up.

An employee will meet you when you step out of the elevator. She will probably ask "sencilla o con jacuzzi?" again and walk you to the room. She will ask "algo tomar? Do you want anything to drink? Pay her the cash and in a few minutes she'll bring your change, receipt, and remote controls for the TV.

Every room has a dumb waiter type of thing so you can pass things in and out of the room without getting dressed and opening the door. She'll put your change, drinks, etc in there.

Your chica needs a valid ID. Venezuelan IDs have not been a problem. When she arrives, reception might call the room to check that you're expecting a chica. Otherwise she'll just knock on your door after they let her up.

Once you're in the room, it is easy to have food, drinks, condoms, etc delivered to you. The motel will have a sex shop, drinks, and might be affiliated with a restaurant or you can just use Rappi. Include your room number when you order something for delivery and the employees will bring it up to the room. The TV usually has some porn channels as well as YouTube for music. Videos of long DJ sets are a good way to avoid having to keep picking new music during the session.

When she is ready to leave, press zero on the room phone to call reception and tell them she is leaving by saying "buenas tardes, mi novia va a salir". Then she can leave no problem. If you forget to call reception, they will get worried and immediately call you so remember to announce that she's leaving before she opens the room door.

Discretion. Learn from my mistakes!

Unless she's an age-appropriate non-pro, just let her leave solo a minute or two before you, don't walk her out or leave with her. Most love motel customers are just normal couples who do not want to be sharing elevators and beds with pros and mongers. The employees expect your help maintaining the level of discretion they're aiming for. If a normie couple complains about you, the employees might be rude to you and especially to your chica when you return. Just go with the flow on discretion and everyone will be happy. To be clear, Colombian men commonly meet pros in love motels, they just enter and leave separately.

Jacuzzi rooms:

There's a specific procedure for using the jacuzzi. About 30 minutes before you want to get in, press zero to call reception and say "vamos a usar el jacuzzi". They will start the water flowing. You need to use the hot and cold faucets to set the water temperature as it fills. Once the tub is full enough, the jets should start automatically. There are generally no controls or options other than the faucets; the jets will eventually stop and the jacuzzi will be drained after you leave.

Post if you have additional helpful info or other love motels to recommend (especially in the north or nearer to Santa Fe) and I'll update this report.

Hey guys, I wanted to share with y'all here an incident that took place this past weekend. A fellow mongerer that I met at the hotel I was staying at and I decided to hit up the Santa Fe area late at night. First of all, don't take chicas from the Santa Fe streets back to your place. If you're brave enough to walk those streets during the day make sure you only see the chica in the hotel she is standing at downstairs or right outside. This was a huge lesson learned. I'm not sure what to say about me. Maybe I got lucky in being able to dodge this bullet. Why would my chica agree I only drink from the water bottle I was holding and not insist I continue drinking beer with them instead? An hour should be between 20 K-30 K. I haven't explored for a long while. I normally go to the same places.
