Your best bet would be Chapinero, around Zona G. Centrally located, tons of nice restaurants and cafes, safe, and many high end girls live there, so logistically it is much easier. And zona T is just a short drive, in case you like to party. Or Parque 93 area, along with Virrey park, super walkable and close to nightlife and restaurants.

Usaquen is also a nice neighborhood, very quiet and residential, but is up north and kinda remote, but some Seeking girls also live there.

Anyways I don't bring a nice phone outside, it's like a $70 Motorola and this not being the first time I was robbed in Colombia I don't bring out anything I couldn't afford to lose. My Galaxy S22+ stays indoors and I actually bring a 2nd cheapo phone in case the Motorola gets stolen which it did. The problem with this is that I'm not sure what I could have done differently. I'm out in the middle of the day and I saw the girl so it's not like I was unaware. It's also really odd to stop walking forward if you see a lone person in front with no one around you, it probably makes you look even more like a potential victim. Stay safe all.

While I got plenty of advice saying Santa Fe is serviceable like Hotel Tequendema, further north like Chapinero then Usaquen. I got a hotel in the middle part of Chapinero around Calle 70. Seemed further enough into the upscale area but not as upscale / expensive as Usaquen, while still being a 15 min Uber to SF.

400 to 500 mil cop is the rate I have been paying recently. Plus Ubers, sometimes. This rate is not for a TLN. The girls were in the 7 to 7. 5 range, with 1 or 2 being closer to 8. If you are looking for hot girls, 8 and above, be ready to pay more, in the 600-900 mil cop range. Higher end girls barely negotiate, because they know they are scarce. So, $150-$200 USD for a top shelf, english speaking girl, seems about right.

Is it possible to pay 200-300 mil cop? Sure, but I have to disappoint you, girls in this price range are not top shelf. Average or slightly above average, girls next door type.
