This is the miracle or the tragedy related to Colombia (depending on your point of view). The typical Colombian man is an idiot that I get to understand more over the years living here. Why commit to one when you can have so many of them? I would do exactly what they are doing if I'd live all my life in Colombia. You do not have to show much commitment to a Colombian woman for her to open up to a relationship. Although a lot of them know how foreigners are (and are not as 'easy' with them - sometimes even stating that they won't have any relationship prior to marrying), the fact on the matter is that they are pretty fast to open up.

Provided that, they are little jewels that can and want to commit for the most part. But their environment do not allow for that. I think that Colombian men are perfect for american women, we should negociate a swap...

My choices would be easy if I'd abstract from kids. Altough the playing fields are a lot of fun in Colombia, explaining to my son in 10-15 years that he was prevented from his father because of a dick that can't control hisself wouldn't be an experience that I look forward to.

So, in response to that I zip it up and fight my male nature (while most Colombian men don't).

Hey Antifreeze- nice post.

I am little puzzled. These woman at Flores Frescas are apparently quite beautiful and have some brains. They aren't working for $25K-$40K pesos at La Clinica and other joints. Why is it they cannot find men in Colombia to be with and take care of them. I mean when you go to this club and elsewhere there sure is a lot of $$ flying around. There are many men in Colombia that have $$. I see it in the Casinos and clubs (dance and social) I am totally lost why these girls do not home in on a guy with $$ to take care of them. Any comments.

I brought my brother to Flores Frescas yesterday. After winning about the fact that 15.000 pesos was pretty steep for an entry price (he's pretty close his hard earned money), we went in.

He saw the girls and could not believe how many beautiful ones are in there. Then the show began (3 part show this time). He said that he never saw anything like this and truly enjoyed it. My brother traveled a lot and he is a quite a sex-traveler. He went to Tailand and tried the pump station there, he lived in China for 2 years and got some communist chicks a lot, he lived in Taiwan and Cambodia also. Although he did not use the services of any, it will be a night he'll remember.

I used the services of Melissa. What a little jewel she is. She doesn't have the best body around, but God do walls and ceiling move when we're at it!!! Prices are 100.000 pesos for an half-hour for the ones who do not know.

I preveiously tried Brigitte a week or so ago. She is just a 10. She's a black hair, beautiful smile, perfect body kind of girl that I like. She studies to be a paramedic. A lot of guys a just intimidated by so much beauty that they don't even approach her. I know the feeling, I've been there. But then I did approach her after a couple of glasses of rhum. The thing that is scary with so much beauty, is that us men are programed to chase it, not to have it. What do you do when you go and sleep with a 10, you turn around and die (Surfer, you know what I mean). What is left to chase, just reproducing the same experience since it truly can't get better than a 10 in your bed that actually performs well and enjoys it. And that's excactly what I got then.

last time I was at the "Love Dr. " most of the girls were below average, chunky, tatooed. Because I was a gringo (I think) the mater de put me behind the door so I could see the girls before they presented to the Colombians. Most of them were rough in their talk and appearance, some just tired.

I was able to find a diamond in the rough and for the price, it is a great value casa. There were only fans in the rooms and we sweated like pigs.

I went back to la casa del doctor Amor today and the place is way better than a couple of months ago. There are about 20-30 girls in each house, and there are now 2 of them. So, the place is well staffed, each room has been renovated and has its own bathroom and shower, and the prices are still unbeatable (25.000 per half-hour).

I'm sorry that I don't have the address in memory, it's on this board somewhere. It by El Rio (Avenida 2 Norte) where all the casas are.

Also, I went to Flores Frescas a couple of times last month. There are so many beautiful girls in there, they don't know where to put them anymore. The show is just plain amazing. And then, when you go in a room with one of the girls, she really makes you feel special.

Living in Cali is just great! You should all be jealous...

Only mongered in Bogota, so am curious. is Cali a lot different. lookswise, price wise, time wise, attitude wise, etc..?

My best friend is actually marrying one from Bogota. That should be interesting! And I introduced them!

By the way, if any of you fellow mongerers want to get down there cheaply, I have tons of miles leftover from my business travels that I can unload for a price much cheaper than a ticket from Travelocity or from your travel agent. It works especially well for people coming from the northern states. It works best for those with flexible schedules. Sooo, if your costs to go to Cali or other cities in Colombia are $700 or more, I can save you a bundle. This way I can get rid of my accrued miles and you can quit getting hosed for a trip to Colombia, especially since Colombia seems to be one of the more expensive countries to go to down there.

FYI:

I have someone in Cali right now that came with travelers checks and US cash. We've been all afternoon yesterday running around to get that changed to Colombian pesos. I tell you, it's quite a mess. First the banks won't even change the US currency if you don't have an account with them. Western Union won't change the US currency if you don't have an account with them either. How odd is that? My wife ended up finding a place that can change both US currency and travelers checks, but you have to show up between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM. I'll post the details when I'll have them.

All that to say that Cali is truly not a turist friendly city. Your best bet to have access to your money is still the ATM.
