Posts: 218Been thinking about Colombia so much the last two day I'm thinking about going the week of memorial day....except maybe Medellin or Barranquilla instead.
Can anyone post pictures of Camila/Monica whos one of flower Mike's girls? She also works at Escoses and is in Dave Davis's marriage agency. Shes the only prepago I've been with in Cali but I was a repeat customer. The prepago scene is not as organized as in Medellin and is definately a "secret society thing" in Cali but she is the hottest known prepago in Cali. But i do have contacts in the prepago scene if you guys are interested.
I've ran into stranger in the airport who has known and raved about Camilia/Monica so I would expect someone here might have her picture. Anyone in Cali who wants to meet her I'll give you her number or Mike's if you cant locate her, but just take a photo for me. In fact I i would pay someone to fuck her and post her pic here.
before i forget..... http://www.lasprofesionales.com/
I've met someone of these girls at nightclubs like Ola Ola and Forum and only found out later they were prepaids. About as high end as you will find in Cali.
anyone i personally know here interested in Alexandra from my 8-25 report let me know.. Shes looking to get a nose job(and sponsor) to go with her perfect tits. Shes still the hottest girls I've ever been with....or at least one of. 20 year old college student/ trophy girlfriend

Posts: 218Vanessa is her real name and what she told me..........Joanna was the name that my friend/pimp/guide Oscar told me was her name at the time. But everyone at Tienda Vieja knows her as Vanessa and that will be the best way to find her.
I still recommend Oscar who will go get any girl you point at in Cali regardless of whether she is with someone or not. Hes not very smart but hes got balls.

Posts: 218Sim Tetas No Hay Paraiso
Greetings from the other side of the world... For the last 7 months I have been relocated by my company to China. I've always disliked Asian girls but I've come to realize the Asian girls in Asia are far more attractive than the ones in the states so they are growing on me and being fluent in Chinese its damn easy out here for me. But with all my calenas emailing me i cant help to remember that great month of August I spent in Cali!!!
I've obviously have had nothing to post for the last 7 months on the Cali forum but have checked in every now and then just to stir up the old memories and ran across a familiar face....or should I say ass. One of you guys posted a picture of her in the Miss Cali Ass competition and I hear she won, so i can proudly say i have banged a Miss Cali Ass. Heres a picture of Vanessa when i first met her at the Black & White party at Lago Calima last August. I've reposted a picture one of you guys took at the ass competition, she is the yellow bikini. I havent been in touch with her but for anyone looking to meet her she is a regular at the Tienda Vieja bar in Cali where we are mutual friends with the owner Edgar. She half Colombian and half Fillipino, you wont miss her and her girlfriends are always hot. She was not a prepago back then but I'm certain shes feeling good about her newfound fame and looking to cash in on the high end. Talk to Edgar.
Cali is a small place...you'll know everyone within a month and keep running into the same people. Enjoy, I can say we do not have bodies like that on the other side of the world and as they say in Colombia "Sim Tetas No Hay Paraiso"

Posts: 15Where can I find the girls with the Cinnamon or dark skin. My travel bud loves the white looking girls so it looks like Med is for him. But where should I go to get those brown skinned girls?

Posts: 662marica does not have homosexual connotations here
marico is heavily used in Venezuela, and it does mean maricon, but its used among friends to fuck with each other. (though tone of voice also comes into play)
they also call each other guebon constantly (meaning idiot/dumbass)
guebon is used in Cali often, but marico is not among guys and I specifically inquired about marica among girls and was told it does NOT have any homosexual tie ins at all. Why they chose that word, I have not asked and Im not sure who would know but it means girl/girlfriend the way African American women use it among themselves in the US.
asere is uniquely Cuban, most of these words are, like pana unique to Venezuela (though theyd understand it here in Cali). Parse is used in Cali heavily so it cant be specific to MDE region.
anyways, this is all street slang, which will almost never be used in polite company anyways.
I get a kick out of girls jokingly calling me guache, or patan.
plata is actually heavily used in many Caribbean Latin countries, including Cuba, DR, Ven and Colombia for starters. I suspect itd be understood anywhere.
yeah, the que mas greeting has thrown me off here in Cali, I have never heard it used this way before.
but these are minor annoyances generally speaking.
speaking of arepas, I find them INFERIOR to what I would buy in Venezuelan areperias. I prefer the arepa being cut and stuffed, which you can get here, but still doesnt seem to taste the same. Often they will put stuff on top of the arepa, which I dont care for at all. Ill cast my vote for the Venezuelan version.
re the club I went to the other night, it actually WAS cool, though I was slightly disappointed. The guest DJ was supposedly one of the biggest names on the continent (from Uruguay) and the entrada was steep at 30K.
It didnt really get going crowdwise (and it never got really crowded) until around 3:30 am (thats not surprising for clubs outside the city limits, they get going after 3 am). The crowd seemed a bit clickquey and of course illicit substances were the order of the night. My shirt reeked of marijuana when I got back, and people were snorting stuff out of what looked like lighters/snorters all night. I would assume there was a fair amount of X floating around as well.
It was definitely an entirely new class level of youth, etc - you wont find these people at your typical Sexta joints and for the first time I saw YOUNG girls with often unnecessary tit jobs, perhaps something Daddy (or more likely their narcotrafficker bf) bought for them when they turned 18. Strangely enough I saw a girl from my gym there! (surprised because shes a little older and an engineer)
Dark sunglasses seemed to be a popular accessory :)
anyways - I am sure you can imagine the scene. If anyone wants the name, directions, you can PM me. The music certainly was top notch.
on the way back, the taxista of course tried to offer to take me to some 24 hour casas whereupon I asked him the question, how does one feel being the nth number to fuck her just that very same day (with n often exceeding 5?)
his answer was typical of Colombian males Ive posed this question to
"eso es el dilema" (Im sure this doesnt need any translation)
on Friday, when I was walking around looking for the famous club Kukaramakura (turns out its being remodeled) I stumbled into 3 more casas LOL they are everywhere. I sometimes wonder what % of Cali women have worked in a casa or something similar by the time theyve turned 25.
on Sat night, before heading off to the electronica club, while sitting at one of my favorite Sexta bars, I got into a conversation with the bouncers, who proceeded to turn my attention to a dark shuttered window but with a tv easily visible thru the slits. Turns out they were entertaining themselves by watching people fucking backlit by that TV. At first I thought it was merely a private appt but was informed it was merely ANOTHER "reservado".
re money go to BancoColombia, but your best rate will always come via ATM (even with the extra fees most banks now force you to pay)

But a client of mine paid me in EUROS and im gonna bring some with me to exchange. I usually just go the the ATM. The EURO on XE.com is almost 2900, im wondering if anybody knows who gives the best exchange rates, Im sure the exchange rates at tourist places EA, Chipe Chape or Palmeto are shitty because they are tourist areas. Thanx in advance.

I'm new here and new to Colombia although I've been checking out another board for some time. Cubanut, who posts occasionally at the other board, emailed me some useful tips for my first Cali trip last November. Thanks again CN! Will actually be in Medellin for the 1st time (and maybe a few days in Bogotá) the week of Memorial Day. Maybe I'll run into some of you there. I'm considering staying at the Castillo but if someone can vouch for an apartment, then I might go that route.
As for the language thing, yeah I noticed both in the DVDs I have of Colombian movies and the paisas I met in Cali. . . that these folks have their own peculiar "dialect" with a lot of unique jargon. I speak semi-fluent Spanish but I have to admit, I had to go over some of those DVDs like "Rosario Tijeras" several times before I could really pick up what the characters were saying. I'm from New York, but I don't hang out or live anywhere near the neighborhoods in Queens or New Jersey where Colombians have gathered, so most of this jargon was completely new to my ears.
"Marica" is the Colombian way of saying "maricón" (faggot), but it's amusing how certain insult words can be used amongst Colombian friends when addressing or talking to each other. "Huevón" seems to be another popular one. Literally, that means big egg, but basically you're being called a dummy. :-)
"Parse" and "parsero" seem to be slang for friend but I suspect Winner71 is right in that it's not used as much outside the paisa region (Antioquia); didn't hear it in Cali, at least not from the paisa chicks I spoke with.
"Parse" reminds me of "asere" which is friend in Cuba, but you'll almost never hear that outside Cuba, (very rare at least in New York, maybe Miami's different). In NYC, I'm much more likely to hear "socio" or "compay" or maybe even the Spanglish "broder"
As for "bacano" that's the Colombian way of saying cool. In the Spanish Caribbean, New York, and Miami, you're much more likely to hear "chévere" which actually comes from Cuba. For money, "plata" seems to be just as common, if not more often used than "dinero." Also, "que más" or "que hubo" seem to be much more common greetings than "como estás" or "que tal"
My personal favorite has to be "culicagao" which means an unclean ass. It usually refers to little kids who run around with their butts dirty, but it can be used in other situations as well. If your chica calls you this, you've screwed up somewhere! :-)
I personally don't like to use too much slang because I probably would sound ridiculous, like I'm trying too hard to fit in or sound like one of the locals. I'm sure they can tell right away that my Spanish is from somewhere else. Still, it's handy to know some of the jargon.
Hope these comparisons were helpful to some of you. I'll be posting a couple of pics from my Cali trip shortly.
