It's in the Grenada barrio not far from the boulevard. Highly recommend Granada neighborhood to stay which is safe during the day and night.

Somehow you missed the recommendation of tinder and Colombian Cupid but it's cool, here's my fresh from Cali advice. Go to tinder, Colombian Cupid, Tagged, and or Latin America Cupid. Start building a rapport because you are looking for a certain type of Chica. IMHO Cali only gives you quick choices of hustlers (SW) and professionals (Pros aka casa chicas).
Though there's a lot of what you're looking for it's hard to do it on the ground running. This is why Guys like Jesus can be beneficial. They should have greater access to semi pros.
