Bottom line up front. Strip clubs in Cali or anywhere in the third world (if they have locals in them) aren't strip clubs they are brothels. It would seem wierd to a local to pay to watch women dance naked and give them hundreds of dollars when you could fuck them for much less.

The main strip clubs are Entonces Bar, Madame Liz. La Viente, Calenas VIP #1 and #2 and the Deluxe Club.

Entoces isn; t a "strip"club at all you go there the chicks will introduce themselves and hang around and actually Dance with dude like Salsa dance with them and you can buy them drinks talk to them and fuck them.

Madame Liz is the same except you can buy a package where for 25 to 40 bucks you can get a bottle of liquor a girl to dance for you for 30 minutes to the music of your choice and you have the option of taking them upstairs. Just want to drop a line and say thanks everybody who continues to make valuable contributions here. I haven't been to Cali in more than 10 years, but I'm planning on going back for a visit soon.

I first went to Cali because in my younger days I was very much into salsa dancing and the bars on la sexta and Juanchito were once upon a time world famous for that. I think things have changed both in terms of slasa's popularity as well as my interest in it, but it will be fun to go back and enjoy the city and the girls.

I may drop a question or two as I'm planning accommodations, logistics etc. Not really interested in a guide or anything of that nature. If that type of thing were necessary then Cali would really no longer be of interest to me. On the Colombia monger status aspect; Cali is No. 4 in reports. Medellin is way ahead w 52 K reports, followed by Cartegena and Bogota at around 12 K, and finally Cali w just 4 K. This town isn't as exciting as the others, doesn't have quite the tourist spots or just plain bling as the others. Its an acquired taste; you have to dig for, whether its chica spots or even good restaurants but the action is there; just not in your face like the other cities.

Guys come here after they have tried other places. And sometimes just stay a day or 2. Run around like crazy for a few days and leave.

My opinion is that Cali will always be No. 4; that's it. But it will always have cheaper monger prices than the other cities.

Cali is a place for budget mongers and expats who have "gone native".
