Thanks for your feedback. What is the price range for the different wristbands and is there a noticeable difference in quality between these girls in the different categories?

Good question about the wristbands, so when I visited I was sure to observe the 3 different colors, I forget the colors but basically the highest ranking cost 150 mil followed by the next / middle rank which I recall is about 115 mil then the bottom rank is 90 mil.

Now get this, some girls don't wear any wristbands, don't know why not, so after a 25 minute or so sitting on the couch and relaxing with my drink and watch the girls introduce themselves every time a few new guys would arrive I found my girl BUT no wrist band. She was perfect for my taste, I would consider her a solid 8, great smile, nice attitude during the presentation BUT come to find out that she was the lowest rank at 90 mil! WTF, it would not have mattered if she was a top tier rank at 150 mil I would have still chosen her. Go figure.

So in my opinion it all boils down to individual preference, my gal was a sweetheart and provided me with a very impressionable and lasting memory.

I second the Dr Amor visit. Last month during my Cali stay my hotel was 2 blocks away and really liked the set up and relaxed atmosphere of Dr Amor, no pressure and a great selection of chicas with reasonable prices to boot.

I second the Dr Amor visit. Last month during my Cali stay my hotel was 2 blocks away and really liked the set up and relaxed atmosphere of Dr Amor, no pressure and a great selection of chicas with reasonable prices to boot.

Sure is a cool set up and relaxed, like you say.

My first visit was maybe 20 years ago.

Has not changed much.

Girls have wristbands now for their perceived quality / price status.

The rooms are nicer now.

Every time a new guy enters, you get to checkout the lineup again.

Jump in a taxi, head to Dr Amor, in the north of Cali, which is fairly close to the airport, about 20 to 30 min drive.

Better than sitting at the airport for 6 hours.

Be in a taxi back to the airport by about 730 pm.

Gives you a couple hours to play.

A taxi each way will cost about 50 k pesos.

Or 35 k in an UBER.

Have fun!

I'm traveling to Ecuador later this summer and will have a 4. 5 hour layover in Cali on a Wednesday from about 4:30 pm to 10 pm. Given these time constraints, would it be possible for me to still get some quick action, maybe closer to the airport?

Sounds like we have both evolved out of the casas and strip clubs to a different MO, this being said I spent 4 days in Cali last week and wanted to experience the casas and clubs and glad I did. Yes I will need to make a return trip and dive deeper into the other venues so I am interested in your future trips and reading your experiences. I just don't see if the hassle and efforts are worth it if your just going to be there for a few days or even a week, I think it needs some real time to truly understand the availablity.

I have been traveling to Colombia for 14 years (some of which I was married to a Colombian). I have spent a lot of time mongering in Medellin. In fact, I got about once a month for the past 4 years. So it's my comfort zone and I have a long list of chicas I can see.

That said, it would be nice to branch out some more and I'm not talking about Cartagena or San Andres. I visited Cali once about 1. 5 years ago, but I was only there for a weekend and I went to wife up with a chica from Medellin who was working temporarily (make-up artist) in Cali. So I'm thinking about giving Cali a try, probably while the flower festival in Medellin is going on (trying to avoid those crowds).

I have read several pages of this thread already and understand the strip club and casa scene. But no one seems to have said much about other chicas (not SWs). Has anyone had much luck with finding working girls on FB or CC? Just curious as to whether it's worth the effort. Or better just to hit the clubs and casas. As an FYI, I rarely go to strip clubs or casas in MDE any more, so having a chica over to my apartment or hotel room is more of what I'm accustomed to. Thanks in advance.

Need to give a shout out to TomJackin for sharing Edwards contact info with me, as you said in earlier reports he is a stand up honest cool 25 year old who really knows the clubs and people and his way around town, he drives his car "like he stole it" and gets you really fast everywhere you want to go. Thanks TomJackin.

Edward is solid! I like the security of someone waiting for me when I leave the bars / clubs.

But if he is not available, Uber is dirt cheap.

The Tall Man got into Cali last night, staying at Hotel Plaza las Americas, took a shower got dressed and hit the road, walked over to Eventos Liz then contacted Edward a really cool taxi / uber / tour guide, Edward picked me up at Eventos Liz and for the next 4 or 5 hours we hit 5 clubs and trolled el centro and spoke to some street meat.

Lots to report but I will share my experiences and observations when I catch my breath, jejejeje I am now heading over to Dr Amor to check it out.

After getting abused for an hour by a 24 yo Venezuelan I selected at Dr Amor this afternoon, hehehehe and I was sure that she was a caliena, I have nothing left in me tonight to write a report of my visits last night. I liked the relaxed set up of Dr Amor and can now fully understand why many of you visit this place.

I too am not concerned about the color of the chicas wrist band (this dictates the girls cost per hour as they vary) as I select from looks and gut instinct and my selection this afternoon reinforces my MO, she is a sweetheart of a lady, enjoyed every minute with her and guess what? She is 90 mil an hour. Cost and looks are usually not relevant here as she was a bargain by any standard.
