Going for the first time to Cali in a couple days, where is the Parque Lleras of Cali?

I know its a cliche question but I couldn't find a location like that in this thread and I think I should go somewhere relatively safe to walk around for a first timer in Cali.

Any other suggestions for a first is welcome too. I will check the famous Dr. Amor and couple of casas mentioned here.

Nothing as substantial as Parque Lleras in Cali. That said, the Granada neighborhood is nice to walk around in as is the area around Parque Penon.

Don't know where your hotel was, but the usual price for a taxi from the airport to Av 6 North is 45,000 pesos. It is even cheaper with Uber.
