Read some mediocre reviews of the places but I was south after Roosevelt didn't pan out and thought I'd check it out.

It has a really good space -- couches when you walk in, naked girls on the wall, club / bar area through a door with a porno playing, super dark, fog machine going. Should be awesome. But it's just not. The problem is lack of girls, and their posted policy, which is adhered to strictly for some reason. Fuck Dina's and never go there.
