Just a short update on Tangas Deluxe VIP. Was there yesterday and once again they have changed their price structure. Entrance is now free, but the chica prices are no longer fixed. Now the room costs 50. 000 and the price for the chica is negotiated directly with her. Also there were some 15 girls and quite a few of the very attractive. In particular one girl stood out. 5'10, slim and built like an Eastern European, from Medellin, very good natural see-cups, very cute face and just 21 and no kids (a rarity in these places). Her name is Valentina but don't worry, she will stand out immediately! Got her number which can be shared with esteemed members of the board. Note that Scarlets Club has closed and been replaced with Tangas Deluxe (Calle 5ta. No. 65-25).

Out of curiosity I also went to Flores Frescas just to see what the fuss is all about. Considering their prices I was expecting nothing short of Cali's finest I. E. Cover model material etc. Prices are still 200. 000/30 min. + 40. 000 for the room and 300. 000/60 min. + 50. 000 for the room. What I saw, however, was ten average to a few good-looking girls, but noone who could even remotely justify these absorbant prices. I would rate them from between 6. Two 8s with one being a super slim caleña and a girl from Armenia with an absolutely adorable face but alas, bodywise nothing special. Had a vodka and juice for 20k and left.

No, much better to stay with the few watering holes that I have discovered, casas that are not on the Cali List, that don't advertise and see virtually no foreigners! One such casa I discovered yesterday when I went to a casa in el centro, a kind of hole-in-the-wall place. For me those places are the most interesting simply because this is where you are more likely to find that unpretentious, down-to-earth chica with super nice attitude, the proverbial diamond in the rough. Anyway, so the madam told me that they had just opened a new casa the day before that and that they were offering promotional prices of 25k / 30 min. And 35k / 60 min. 5k less that this place. So I went and to my great surprise I found not just one but two girls, one 18 and one just turned 19, that were absolutely more than doable! Obviously at those prices it is not exactly top model material and sure there were some fuglies among them, but what I liked the most was the pleasent, relaxed and cheerful atmosphere between everyone. Each and every girl had a super nice attitude, smily and very friendly and to me that is worth 100 times more than a 9 who is very aware of her 9ness so to speak. But of course, variety is the spice of life after all, and once in a while I also like to splurge just for the sake of variation.

Prices are 80. 000/30 min. And 120. 000 / hour. Entrance is 10. 000. I have been there on two ocasions, one weekday and one Saturday and both times there were some 4. 5 girls and only very few customers. On the weekday it was just me and two drunks at the bar, one of whom was so wasted that he kept falling off the bar stool. Very nice interior design and you can still smell the fresh paint on the walls. Some of the girls are definitely above average compared to the average casa girl, but a couple of the girls I talked to on both visits told me that they normally work at the sister location Tangas Club (same owner) where prices are considerably lower, I believe it's 50. 000/30 min. And 80. 000 / hour and no entrance fee. The owner had simply asked them to work there that one night since just two of the "supposed" deluxe girls showed up for work.

What I would do is first have a look at Tangas Club and in case you don't see anyone you like then go to the Deluxe.

Now that my son in Bogota is getting bigger I find myself spending less and less time in Cali although every time I go I wonder why don't I go more often. To me its still the best place for picking up girls of both the pro and non pro variety. Found this 19 year old on 6th ave and offered her 50k. She seemed blown away by that much money. Also hooked up with two girls from Facebook, one of which was a Linda Pop Erica Guttierez for 300k. But honestly she looked a whole lot better in pics and I'd take 6 more girls like Vanessa from La Sexta over the LP girl. And a few non pros that I just ended up hanging out with.

Always wish I had more time in Cali. Bogota seems to have the best looking girls due to the fact the city is crawling with Calenas and Paisas and the girls who go to live in the big city seem more accomplished and to have more ambition that the girls that stay behind. But got to love the slow moving ways and small town mentality of the Calenas that stay behind.

I only visited this casa in Cali and found it amazing. Cheap prices from 35k to 45k for an hour, nice and great selection of girls. Rooms super clean and all perfectly organized.

My problem is with security. I can't obtain Colombian pesos in my country before I go. So if payment in cash with Colombian pesos is the only option, I would need to bring quite a bit of USD or Euro to Cali and exchange it there. With the amounts this service is charging, I assume it would be a security risk to even show the cambio workers (or wherever I exchange my money) that I have these kind of amounts of cash.

There is no direct flight to Colombia from my country. Maybe a solution could be to change planes at an airport where I can exchange to Colombian pesos before I board the connecting flight. What airport in Europe could that be?
