I have a question for everyone. Why is Cali the plastic surgery capital of Colombia? And Why does Cali have the most beautiful women?

Most people would say. Cali is a dirty and a poor city compare to Cartagena, Bogota and Medellin.

American Cities that is known for wealth/money like Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Dallas. Have hot women living there. Yes. Where ever there is money. Hot women will be there.

Since Cali so poor. Why is there so many beautiful women? And why is plastic surgery popular? One other member of the board said. They need to look good to land a rich husband.

All the big citys have beautiful woman not only Cali. The women in MDE and BAQ are just as good as Cali, and IMHO better. As far as plastic you will find many examples in MDE.

Cali was, up to the late seventies, a prosperous and promising city. In fact, Colombian economists once described the country as a "golden triangle" where Bogota, Cali and Medellin formed this shape and surrounded the coffe plantation areas (Eje Cafetero. Armenia, Pereira and Manizales).

Politicans and analysts were indeed optimistic with the progress of all three cities, while coffee was a rather expensive commodity and several corporations (Colgate/Palmolive, Gillette, Baxter, Johnson&Johnson) decided to build their factories in the north part of the city. There was even a US consulate in Cali, where visas were given out rather easily to rich locals travelling for pleasure and shopping in Miami.

But while Bogota kept its political importance as a capital and Medellin has had a couple of industrial renovations, Calenos couldn't keep up the pace and let their town lag.

With an ignorant, semi-feudal upper class (mainly dedicated to agriculture) in charge, and lots of impoverished middle and lower classes, it is just obvious that the "narcos" would, at one point or another, find fertile grounds for their activities. Easy money is always better than no money, even for honest people who really want to work.

And that's what you still have: a poor, dirty city, as you appropriately describe it, with lots of dirty money flowing underground, and feeding the wrong kind of role models: in terms of success, happiness and, of course, female beauty.

The once gorgeous Calenas, a beautiful mixed race with black bodies (long legs, big asses, tiny waists and firm boobs), white faces (fine noses, light colored eyes, fine hairs) and indian colors, have given way to porn-like ridiculously operated monsters.

Colombia’S FARC Kills Three in Cali Bomb Attack,

Feb. 2 (Bloomberg).- Colombia’s biggest rebel group detonated a car bomb in Cali last night, killing three people and injuring 30 others, Caracol Radio reported.

The bomb, which was situated close to a police station in the center of Cali, Colombia’s third-biggest city, exploded at 10: 15 pm New York time and damaged surrounding buildings, the radio cited Mayor Jorge Ivan Ospina as saying. A man, thought by authorities to be involved in the attack, was killed by police after the attack, Caracol says.

President Alvaro Uribe accused the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia of being responsible for the attack, Caracol reported. On Jan. 28 the FARC exploded a bomb in Bogota, killing two people.
