MMonger ... actually, after thinking about it, I believe I understand where you're coming from. Concerning, the searching for a more intellectual type woman that is.
For years, in my previous life in the US, I sought out and dated the more "sophisticated" woman ... more on my perceived intellectual level ... which is probably not high on the scale anyway ... who knows.

Anyway ... I guess I've found that I'm definitely much happier with a girlfriend type that is more than anything ... sweet and loving ... and of course, hot looking always helps ... I am shallow in that respect, I admit it.
Of course being with a woman who is a complete moron is difficult and I'm sure I would tire of it ... however, I personally don't need or particularly care for a "rocket scientist" to stimulate me.

The bottom line is ... we all seek out women for varying reasons ... of course we seek the pros for easy sexual release ... and true girlfriends / wives ... to each his own.

I guess it just hit me wrong when MMonger used the "poor trash" statement because I know there are some "diamonds" out there living in this "poor trash" socio-economic scale ... and the vast majority of these poor people are among the warmest, caring and friendly I've met and they are so humble and would literally offer you their last plate of food.

I actually don't like to get involved in the "bashing" of others on this site and what do I do ... like a "bobo", I go and do it ... go figure.

If I lived in Chicago, perhaps the worst city in North America for women (Boston a close second IMHO), I'd be irritable too. Many folks have a different persona in person than on the net, and I hope that is the case for MM. But I will say to MM, again, that toning down the egoism is important in ANY country, be it in Asia or SA.

If you REALLY had as much game as you claim, you'd have Jlo & Paris Hilton and every hot babe in America wanting to do you (and would not travel). The best looking Latinas in the World are in Miami, and the best looking Asians are in SF & LA (EVERYBODY is ugly in Chicago so you are forgiven for writing off the idea of finding beauty in America). It is the attitudes that are so radically different overseas. But even the ones with shitty attitudes would put out for Brad Pitt. You aint Brad Pitt, DEAL WITH IT.

Poor - Lacking in monetary value of any kind, (Great for the hookers of the world but not someone of culture that you would actually consider being your wife.)

I second Rickers comments. I have mostly met girls with hearts of gold, pro and non pro alike and very pretty at that.

But if Master Monger likes Asia then all the better for him. Personnaly I think we shoud all agree with him and convince people that Colombia is a nasty place full of gorditas and FARC. That way we can be selfesh and keep it all to ourselves. Lets not ruin the place for us.

Anyway I can't wait to return early next year and be with these bonitas and enjoy the hospatality of all Colombians.

I think maybe the reason for your "bad experience" in Colombia is maybe your choice of chicas and just maybe your attitude too if you speak like that.

The problem with the chicas from the more affluent families is they are generally more spoiled than the gringas in the US ... I would date a chica from a humble family any day over the ones from better off families ... hands down.
In these families, the girls learn from a very young age, that when a good man is found, he should be treated right.

If a chica is late (without a just reason) for me or doesn't show up ... I will never call her again ... there are just too many good ones out there who wouldn't ever do that to you.

Regarding China, I know Guilin and the rock star thing is there (like Indonesia). Cantonese areas ARE less friendly, I agree. MY ex-GF here is from Chengdu, Szechuan, which reputedly has the best lookers in PRC. Also had some Northern girls (Tianjin area) met in Singapore, but being in SIN changes them I'm sure. I like LBFMs, rather than the tall, white, girls more common in North of PRC.

Try CTG before you bail on Colombia; a lot of guys prefer it to Cali, but scene is quite different. Also, long hair is disfavored by most Colombianas so that may hurt your game a bit; the rock star look goes over well in Brasil, Argentina etc. but Colombia is really a more conservative country where cleancut is what chicas prefer (Carlos Vives blonde dreadlocks being an exception).

Good luck in Asia. If you can speak putongua (Mandarin), you are a smart guy indeed. Fing brutal, like Thai or Vietnamese. That is why I love Bahasa (and Tagalog to a lesser extent). SO simple & phoenetic.

Master Monger, you are a good salesman. I wish I had the time to visit China and Indonesia. I have heard some amazing things about those two places.

WARNING...Sorry this turned into such a long post, but I must be feeling literary today :-), if you can call this kind of crap literature HAHAHAHA!!!

I can't comment on the quality of girls in China or Indonesia becauase I haven't been to those two venues...yet. But, as for Thailand, I agree with you that the girls are much more reliable at showing up than Latinas. Although, I must say that, in Cartengena, I had a very reliable string of girlfriends, and having them showing up was never a problem at all.

In fact, in Cartegena, the girls were almost too reliable, and I was having to artfully juggle them all the time just so I wouldn't have three of four of them at the apartment at the same time trying to kill each other. I remember coming back to the apartment, and having them waiting for me on the streets outside of my apartment. They would be pacing back and forth and anticipating that they were going to "catch" me when I came home.

I remember dodging them, and having to hide from a couple of them in a few stores along the adjacent street. Don't misunderstand...These were really sweet girls, and they did not have aggressive personalities, but they were not like the Thai girls who did not seem interested in spending more than the prearranged LT or ST periods with me.

Of course, I found a couple of Thai girls that were the exception, and they reminded me of these Colombianas. They were interested in LLLT with me, but generally the Thai girls as a whole were more interested in fulfilling the prescribed LT or ST, and then moving on to the next cliente.

However, I stand by my assessment of Asian girls, but more accurately meaning the Thai girls, and their "clinical" approach. The Thai girls just seemed colder and less passionate to me. In addition, I found them to all have the same body style, and their personalities to be very similar to one another.

When I was in Thailand, I found myself eventually becoming kind of board with the cookie cutter body styles and the seemingly cloned facial features. Don't misunderstand, I still consider them to be very beautiful girls, and on the whole, there seems to be a higher percentage of beautiful Thai girls than there are Latinas.

But, I was in Thailand for nine days, and I remember thinking on one of my last days, that I wish I was in Monterrey where I could have a much more diverse selection than the selection that I was eventually growing bored with in Thailand.

I sense a greater diversity and much more of a range of selection in the Latin countries. However, in Cartegena, I found there was also a limited diversity of selection (ie: many africana/morena mixes), but I have heard that Cali is much better for ethnic diversity.

I have found that sometimes it is my own approach that makes all the difference when it comes to interactions with women. I'm careful not to form mongering predjudices that might result in my erecting barriers that, through my own behavior, causes me to enjoy a venue less than I might potentially have the capacity to enjoy it.

I have proven to myself over time, that sometimes just a slight adjustment of my own attitudes can significantly effect the way things are going when I am in a specific venue. When things don't seem to be going my way, I try to really make myself aware of what I might be doing or thinking to cause the whole experience to be less than satisfying. Once I accept the reality of my own behavior, and I become more sensative to my own attitudes and behaviors, sometimes I am astounded at how things turn around. So, when things are not to my liking I start to look inward to see if my own thought and attitudes might be my problem.

Please don't misunderstand, this has merely been a commentary about my own behavior, and I am just relating a method I use to sometimes get out of a "funk" that I might be in when I find myself in a venue where I am less than satisfied. This is not meant to be taken as a comentary on anyone elses behavior or attitude, and I don't want it to be construed as such.

If China and Indonesia offer a "better" GFE potential, then I am all ears and open to the opportunities. Unfortunately, it's probably unlikely that I will get an opportunity to visit China and/or Indonesia in the forseeable future due to professional and personal obligations, but when and if I do, based on your obviously convincing and confident assessments, I will definitely be looking you up for advice.

I am sorry your experience in Colombia has apparently been disappointing. Sometimes it's really difficult when you have been to a much better venue (ie: for you, China or Indonesia), and you realize what you may be missing. I know how you feel...Sometimes all you can think about is what you could be having if you were only back to where you wish you were. I have thought many times that sometime ignorance is bliss...that is, sometimes I wish I did not know of another venue to compare a less than desireable expereince to.

I had the same experience in Costa Rica. If I hadn't found a couple of good girlfriends when I was in San Jose, I would have regretted taking the time to go there. Even now, I sometimes think of returning to Costa Rica to see these girls I know, and then I start to think that it just isn't worth the most two important things I have, time and more time. The cost of getting is relatively reasonable, but the cost of girls is relatively high.

Anyway, let us know if you find some diamonds in the rough their in Colombia. Also, let us know if you have traveled outside of Cali to Medellin, Cartegena, Bogata, Barranquilla, etc...I would like to hear your assessments of the other cities in Colombia if you have ventured to any of the other cities.

You've posted some good points.
Have to agree with you regarding Colombianas conception of time. My chica stood me up at least 3 times in 3 weeks and came as much as 4 hrs. late other times. When I first met her, the first 3 dates she came 20 min. late using excuses regarding her children (possible). My tourist guide book mentions their inability to keep appointments. BTW, a P4P woman came only 20 minutes late to my hotel for a dinner date. Of course, she was "working".

I have visited several AMP here in my European city. My experiences are they are very money oriented (no pun int.). Getting every cent counts while the latinas in MP here are just nicer about it as the latinas in Cartagena. They trust me to pay afterwards while Asians expect payment upfront.

I have never been to China. It is on my list for spring 05. After reading countless posts from members in that area, my feelings are Asians have a tendency to cheat or require more payment for extras. Latinas seem to enjoy sex immensely willing to satisfy and be satisfied sexually while earning pocket money. Both their heart and body are into the experience. IMHO that's a true turnon.

One more gripe about latins is they typically don't respect anything but themselves...they don't respect time (Always late or sometimes don't show up at all)...they don't respect relationships (I find all too often they are motivated by the highest bidder and cheat on their boyfriends) Or if not they are ulgy, speaking of which I would like you guys to send pictures of these girls you say are nice because I have seen alot of REALLY NICE ugly girls, they don't have a choice.

On the other hand I was in China for 1 year and a half (Mainland - Middle - Northern China) Because all of southern China sucks ass!!

One more time I will not accept opinions of Chinese women from Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shen Zhen, or even Beijing, because these girls are money oriented and UGLY. Well they are not ugly in Shanghai or Shen Zhen.
The best city is Xi'an, then Huibei, then ChongChing, then anywhere in nothern China.

Really I don't give a rats ass what gets me in their pants, as long as I do it, but here is a FACT: I can walk down any street in China or Indonesia and get lots of smiles from girls who are completely willing to fuck for free.

Latin girls don't give me the clear signals or just don't dig me as much either way I am going to the place where I am a Rock Star!!! I hear how handsome and intelligent I am on an hourly basis in China and Indonesia and that feels really great.

And China and Indonesia have an average monthly income of around $80 a month for the nation, where Colombia is close to $160, I can guarantee you that everything is Cheaper in China and Indonesia...read my posts for those two places.

My experience is that Asian girls are much more interested in only money than are the Latinas. Obviously, money makes the world go around, and "everybody" needs and wants money, especially girls who are engaged in "the business."

IMHO there is a higher percentage of Asian girls that are interested in "ONLY" the money. A higher percentage of Latinas seem to want to "share" the passion and the romance of the experience. The Latinas seem that, or at least act more like, they have a genuine desire to experience a BFE, and that they are also doing it for emotional reasons that go beyond just the money.

I can not say that same thing about Asian girls. Asian girls just seem to have a much more "clinical" approach to what they do. That doesn't mean I would kick the Asian girls out of bed, or that I would rate them poorly. I love Asian girls...

Much of this difference is probably rooted in cultural influences, and the inherent differences between a girl being raised in an Asian culture versus a girl being raised in a Latin culture. Not to mention the influence of me being raised in the USA, and the effect it has on my own perceptions and how I perceive the two cultures.

The way I see it, it's a bit like comparing a Rose to a Carnation. They are both lovely, but they are also slightly different.

But, IMHO, if you want a more genuine and romantically passionate GFE, then Latinas deliver the goods more consistently. Of course, there are acceptions to these broad generalizations. I know a girl in Thailand that can compete with the Latina girls I know...so, there you go.

I suspect your arrogance rubbed many Colombiana's the wrong way (the same way it irritated many here, myself included). IMHO, while the percentage of moneygrubbers is higher than Ricker's 5% estimate, it is closer to that that your ridiculous 95% estimate. Chinese are WAY more money oriented and mercenary than Latins. That is why they are rich and gewtting richer faster than any nation. Granted knowing Mandarin/Cantonese will give you an advantage that few kweilo have, but I think you are in for an eyeopening. I had a Chinese GF for about a year and we are still friends; she tells me LOTS about Chinese women.

Indonesia, on the other hand, is one of my two favorite countries for womanizing (Colombia being the other). Bahasa is simple to learn, and Bahasa speaking bule (foreigners) score BIGtime; easier than in Cali even. But, IMHO, Latinas (especially Colombianas and Brasileiras) are more truned in to their OWN sexual pleasure than Asians (this is a HUGE generalization, I know). There is a fiery pasion in the heart of a Latina that is mesmerizing.

I wish you good luck in Asia, but you might get better results even there if you tone down the narcissism a bit. Selamat Jalan.

Yes, if your pool of women is from working pros, marriage agency pros and chicas who answer newspaper ads, what do you expect?

I have lived and traveled all through Central America and all over Colombia and Venezuela.
The latinas I have met and dated through the years, for the most part, are sweet and from humble families that would give you their last peso and would never ever ask for a dime in return for their kindness.

I believe you got it backwards ... 95% of the "true" latin women are sweet, humble and loving ... looking for someone to love them back.

When I visit / date the "professional gringo hunters" , I expect them to be more calculating and cold.

For those of you interested,
I am in Cali, I have been here close to two months. I have never visited any other city in Colombia so all my pictures were taken here...on a side note it will probably be 20 years before I come back to Latin America, while most of you think I have had a great time here in the last four months, I would just like to say this:

LATIN AMERICA in my educated opinion is filled with 95% of the women having their heart replaced with a calculator so they can figure out how much money they can (Literally) SCREW you out of. They need this calculator because the intellectual level here dips far below even the stupidity of the United States, which is quite a feat in itself.

Latin America is only for when you are OLD, UGLY, and have a nice fat retirement fund to feed all the pirahnas (girls). I have been to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and Lastly Colombia so I dont think I am under-educated, I also speak very good Spanish.

For those of you with a little game, and looks, if you dont check out CHINA or INDONESIA well then your just foolish. I also speak Chinese and Indonesian.

I am done with Latin America for a long while, and for those of you who are whining, BUT I DONT LIKE ORIENTAL WOMEN, I highly doubt you speak any Oriental Language or have given it more than a month.

IN FACT: I would like to Challenge anyone who has been to the Orient and speaks the language, and who has also been to Latin America and speaks the language, to honestly tell me they like Latin America better. This also has to be in the last 4 years otherwise it is way out of date.

I havent decided where my next trip will be either Thailand or the Philipines but for sure somewhere in the Orient.

Crepes & Waffles - Everywhere in Cali and good - about $6 or $7 a person

La Papa on Ave. 6 around 20 next to Karens Pizza - about $6-$7 a person

Noche Del Rio on Ave 4 Oeste #01-109 Barrio Granada about $8 a person

Cali Viejo - Any taxi driver knows - About $10 a person

Maki - I know this sounds crazy but, GREAT SUSHI and it is located two blocks east of the Parque Del Penon in the north, but it costs at least $15 a person.

Tezones - Ave 8 Norte #29 on the corner - Awesome but about $15 a person

Tutti Sappori - Two places down from Tezones - ITAILIAN - $15 a person

Last Tip: Take an ad out in the EL PAIS asking for just a little bit better than you actually want for $5 dollars and your phone will ring off the hook!!! I have a 40% rate for banging the girls from my ad...FOR $5!!!! I banged 10 girls!!

Hi guys,

I was just recently updated to Regular Member status as I have been reading the posts on a regular basis for a couple of months now. So here’s my request:

This will be my first visit to Venezuela, so can anyone provide me with information regarding the p4p and non-pro scenes in Puerto La Cruz and its surrounding areas/cities? I will be there this upcoming November for the good part of the month. I’m going with a friend who is originally from there so perhaps this will give me a boost of some sort. We’re planning on going to Caracas and Isla Margarita for a couple of days although I think Margarita would be closer to PLC.

I’ll also be going to Cali, Colombia from there for a couple of days or longer depending how good the action is at either place. I’m Colombian-American and I speak Spanish but I haven’t been to Cali in over 6 years and I don’t really know anyone there. The posts offer excellent information regarding the action in Cali, which I plan to use as a guide. I’ll post this portion in the Cali section as well.

So, any updated information would be greatly appreciated. Some good tips will definitely give me a head start and would help make my efforts be more on target (so to speak). I will also be reporting live from the scenes while I’m there in the hopes of providing this virtual community with substantive information.
