I'm in Cali now. I've been here the past 2 days. I typed up a monster report and a daily diary but I can't get my USB stick to work with this crappy computer that is running Windows '95 so I'll have to post it later. I have lots of thoughts on Cali in my report but for now I can tell you that I do like this city.

Cali will never be a major hobby destination. The US Government instills too much fear into Americans. I can honestly tell you to ignore the warnings. Cali is a very safe city as long as you don't stray outside of the city. The people are some of the friendliest I've ever met anywhere. The city to be blunt is...well ugly but the people make up for it with their hospitality and genuine warmth. I went to Flores Frescas last night and pulled out a hottie. Don't worry..I got lots of pictures. That place has some good talent. The key is not to be cheap there or you will be labled a cheap ass and the girls will avoid you like the plague. That is what happened to some of you if you're wondering why you didn't pull out girls. If they ask for the 150,000 pesos just pay it. You're basically haggling over $10 that will cost you a hot session.

It's not cheap there at $150,000 per hour plus the exit fee of $70,000 but my girl Evyln stayed 2 hours and I think she would have stayed much longer. She said the club was closing so she didn't have to go back but I was super tired so after the deed I sent her away. We are supposed to go on a dinner date on Sunday. She made me promise to call her.

I just had a monster 3 hour very GFE session with Nicole from Kaliente. Very sweet girl. We were both digging eachother. I knew I could have left but I bought her a drink and I had a RedBull so we could chit chat. It was a good move because we were making out like crazy and getting to know one another. It's 180,000 pesos to pull them out for 3 hours. Oh yeah, I got pictures of her too. I'm tired. I'm debating showering and going back out but probably won't since I went two rounds with her.

The city starts and ends much earlier than BA or Rio. They have good restaurants and the taxi's are cheap. I've had a lot of non-pro girls try talking to me at the malls but I'm just not that motivated since I'm leaving in a few days.

I am into disco scene at night and sightseeing, beaches during day time. Which city offer better prices in terms of chica and quality. What to do in these cities during day time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Saint,

I'm in Cali now and been using my paragliding instructor as a "Guide" at night. His base rate $35 for the evening with a bit of translating to break the ice with the chicas plus expenses (taxis etc...) and this guy knows the city and has great contacts with the chicas and and what ever else you may need. He's a local and a perro/dog.

He has been educated in the US and speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Thanks for the new report World Traveler. Can you PM me Andres contact info. I normally don't believe in guides and probably won't use one for Cali but Columbia seems like the type of place where it might be better to hang out with a local at least 1-2 nights.

I've been emailing with Ramon that some of you recommended. He advised against the Intercontinental as he said that lately they are hassling with girls. I'll stay somewhere else. Probably Hostel San Fernando as the owner seems cool and it's highly recommended. Does anyone know a fair rate to pay someone to take you around? I don't really need the translating stuff but just mainly interested in the safety in numbers theory, although I've never been worried to go out alone even in places like Rio at 3 AM.

Fresca Flores sounds like my type of place. I don't mind paying a little extra if the quality is better. I plan on checking out the whole scene and will report once I'm there. I'll be on the ground there next week. Thanks again for all the good info.

Today is my last day here in Cali, It took me a while to get here, but the waiting was worth it, I have fallen in love with this city. It's really amazing how many beautiful women you see , I mean almost everywhere you look you see a beautiful woman.I want to thank the members of this board for sharing their valuable information. I visited many places and met so many lovely ladies. I will definitlely be back next month. With my guide Andres we even went to a couple of other cities near Cali, and met some girls who lived there that he knew and introduced me to.

I went to some casas but I prefered the semi-pros that my guide knew because you are not on the clock and you can spend some time with them without that kind of pressure, but that's something he sets up with the girl beforehand, however I took some girls out of those houses to bring them home the first days of my visit. I also went to some discos last friday and saturday outside the city, a place called Menga, that stays open after the bars and discos in the city close. We went with some of Andres' old collage friends among which there were four girls, two of which were absolutely stunning but he said that you'd have to put too much time into it before they put out but I made friends with them and got their emails, you never know what can happen in the future. I went to Fresh Fowers too and even though is a much more expensive than the other houses by the river that I visited, the women there were better looking. We were lucky and one of them gave us their number for us to call her the next day, which I did and had great sex for an hour. What a beautiful girl she was. If any of you go there, ask for Tania, she told me she was new there so that's even better I think.

I had a good non sexual massage arranged at the gym in the Intercontinental. I think I paid about 22k pesos for 45 min- 1 hour. It was very good. Also there is an Estetica up the hill from the Intercontinental. As you face the lobby, it's on the right side of the hotel. Had another good massage from a very cute girl. Also then went for the total body fruit salad treatment. This was pretty bizarre as 2 girls basically turned me into a human fruit salad. It did feel good though and I smelled great. Just don't forget to wash the oatmeal and honey out of your ears or you will be surprised when you go to brush your hair. This place was a bit pricier, but cheap by our standards. Cali has plenty of places to pamper yourself and it is a good way to kill a couple hours. Also the spas and hair salons are full of hot women that love it when a stranger pays a visit. I think its part of the reason the Colombianas look so good. they do take care of themselves. Had a great time getting a haircut at the salon on top of the hill as well. Enjoy the trip.

Thanks for the advice. I doubt I'll have problems. I can play the "game" with the best of them. You will never find me waiting around on a girl to call. Ha, ha. That is hilarious. I was on Amigos.com a while back and had tons of Columbian girls emailing me but all were seriously looking for a gringo husband. I'm not looking for that. I plan on being honest and telling them I want to 'butterfly' around.

Well I respectfully disagree that Cali is not a great place for P2P. I've been to various country's in latin america (Panama, Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico, ect.) In my humble opinion Cali is agreat place to go meet the working "ladies". There is a casa with hot young chicas on nearly every block. The most expensive places charge between 100-150 pesos an hour (35-45 US). Some casas have 18-20 year old gals with little experience in the business and some charge as little as $15 US per hr. for in-house services. Most of the Colombianas you meet in other countries first did the Colombian Circuit (Cali, Medellin, Cartagena, Bogota, ect.) prior to their travels. Thus, in my opinion the gals in Colombia seem less jaded than those you meet in say Panama. Plus, in places like Panama, the gals all seem to have the same routine which, to be quite honest gets old quick.
As for meeting nice gals I would agree with Simple Man. However, if you do meet a gal you want to spend time with take her to Zona Rosa or Avenida Sexta ( where you will find lots of great, but affordable, restaurants, discos, and bars). Good Luck!!!

If you are looking to find a true amatuer (GF) in Cali you should be prepared to spend a lot of time in Cali and don't expect to get laid right off the bat. I spoke with a lot of guys down there who were under the impression that they were dating nice amatuer girls. These guys almost all had the same story, multiple shopping sprees, family dinners, being stood up for dates, waiting around for their novias to call and waiting for sex because she is such a nice girl. Then when you talk to the locales you find out that your friend's "novia" attaches hereself to every turista that comes along. Maybe I'm a little cynical, because I have actually been down that path, but I call these girls semi-pros. They usually cost you more than an actual pro and you don't get what you are paying for, sex. I don't think that you are going to meet a nice Colombian girl hanging out at the beer kiosk at the mall. You're going to meet a golddigging semi-pro, but as long as you know the score, and are playing her while she's playing you, have fun. That being said, Cali is a great P2P locale if you speak some spanish and have a sense of adventure you can find new casas every day of your trip with chicas to satisfy everyone's taste.

Before today I didn't really read too many reports. Maybe a few. I just read the entire Cali section. Interesting posts with many different opinions on the place. I just bought a ticket arriving in less than two weeks.

One thing that I think should be pointed out is that just because someone chooses to go to places like Fresca Flores doesn't ruin the market down there. Every city I've been to has their high end places that have always charged more and always will charge more. You can choose to stay and play or walk away. In all reality it's not going to change the market dynamics. In Buenos Aires it's Blacks, in Rio it's Barbarellas, in Lugano-Switzerland it's Cava. Sometimes it's a rip off and sometimes it's just more expensive. Like I said, it doesn't really change the market as a particular segment of the hobbying segment frequents such places anyway.

I agree with one poster when he said that sometimes girls will blackball you if they think you are super cheap. I couldn't believe someone offered 30 cents tip and asked for change. That is unreal to me. Whether we want to think of it or not, the girls that work in these clubs are offering a commodity. Prices are dictated by supply and demand. I always treat these girls like the princesses they are and have always been rewarded handsomely.

Anyway, it sounds like Leo was correct that it isn't the best place for P2P but the amatuer scene sounds fun. I've met up with him in Buenos Aires and Rio and we have similar tastes in girls. I'll check out the action and hope it's fun. I normally can have fun wherever I'm at though. I've hobbied now extensively in the USA, border towns of Mexico, interior of Mexico, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Cuba and several countries in Western Europe. Every trip has been an adventure.

This Hotel San Fernando... Can someone give me an accurate idea of how comfortable the rooms are. What about the Dann Hotel? Is there a website link for the Dann Hotel?

I noticed Slick1 posted he got a regular non-sexual massage. Are there many good massage places with professional masseuses? If so, what is the name and address? I don't see it listed in the reports. Nothing beats a daily massage to get the day started right.

Also, will my GSM phone work down there? Can you buy a SIM card for an unlocked GSM phone and if so how much and where do you buy it? Thanks in advance. I'll post a detailed post as usual upon return.
