Yes.

The main reason that you Don't want to stay in San Antonio is not only is it a hipster (and relatively expensive) part of Cali is #1. It's the öld town of the city so they have to try to maintain the facades of the orginal buildings It's not like they can just plant a Mall out there.

#2. It's Hilly I could take a brisk walk to Av Sexta aka Av 6 a Norte but I wouldn't want to do it because I wouldn't want to walk down (then back up) the hill then cross several busy highways to get to Grenada or Downtown.

Pro tip to First timers to Cali stay in Grenada / Chipichape unless you plan to stay for months and your Spanish is very good.

The South is waaaaaaay better than the north and I know a guy (who knows Spanish and been to Cali several times) who primarily stays in the south based on my reccomendations. But to the first timer / short stayer it's best to stay near the action in the cluster of the most promient Casas and Clubs.

There's defenitely Casas and even the occasional Street walker in the South but unless you have a good Monger eye know Spanish and willing to learn the culture it's better to just get a Hotel in Grenada and call it a day.

The ones I brought back to my room I had met thru mutual friends in medellin and had been whatsapp messaging with 2 of them. Then after, I also had them bring their friends to my hotel room as well. And there was a cpl I fucked in the short term rooms over there on cra 10.

I think you are overthinking this situation. Ave. Sexta is 6th Ave. Its the main nightlife area, along with Ave. 8 and Ave. 9. I would start at Calle 15 and Ave. 6 and just start walking around on the Avenue. This is also called the Granada area. You will see all kind of stores. Bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, night clubs, hotels, souvenir shops etc. Can't miss it.

Pretty gutsy report Gabacho. To actually stay in that hood a few nites. I don't have the nerve to stay around there. Not that many restaurants around. Except local ones. Did you go into Bar La 20 and check out the action.

I did not check out bar la 20 it will have to be on my next trip bro. I kinda wanted to get back to medellin after a few days. The main mission was to fuck this chick yei that I know from another girl paola. And I had mission accomplished on the first day along with this other vennie chick Carolina and after that I was just fucking extra chicks but I wasn't super impressed compared to the quality of chicas I'm used to in medellin and Bogota.

PS: this is yei, the main reason I came to Cali was to session with her. 19 years old black vennie, super attractive (to me), great personality, great service. I highly recommend her. She's usually on cra 10 in front on hotel sensations during the daytime hours if any of you want to try to find her.

Thanks for sharing. I've read tons of people say don't ever take a chica back to your hotel or AB&be unless she's a regular you can trust, and instead strictly use short stay motels. But yet I've read countless reports, like yours, where chicas were routinely done at ones personal room / AB&be. So it would be helpful to get some elaboration on that topic.

Its more like a 20 min. Walk from San Antonio to the Ave. Sexta area. I wouldn't want to walk it at night. You; re walking thru downtown Cali. I suggest taking a cab.

Thanks for the insight! It's hard for me to know these things by just looking at a map. With that said, it seems San Antonio to North of the river is just 10 minute walk (or am I wrong here). Is there that significant of a drop off in activity 10 minutes away? I don't mind the walk, but don't want to be inconvenienced in other ways (that I may not be privy to) from being further down.

For Orion 4 - San Antonio is safe at night, but theres not much there in the nighttime to do. North of the Cali River on Ave. Sexta and around there its safe at night and also lots going on. Restaurants, bars, hotels, night clubs, stores etc. But no SW prostitutes. The action is kind of spread out in Cali. Check a map or World Travel69 maps.

I think San Antonio is a nice area during the daytime, but not much there at night.

So I went to visit Cali for the first time, specifically to visit a few vennie sw friends that are mutual friends of other girls I know from Medellin and Bogota. The area where the girls work is Carrera 10 around calle 20 and 21 specifically around Hotel Sensations and the smaller st hotels on Carrera 10. The street girls were all quoting me 50 k plus the room but I was able to negotiate down to 50 k including the room. A little bit more than the 30 k plus room you csn find in santa fe or centro in medellin. The girls also were not as attractive as in medellin and the scene seemed kinda dead.

Not very many places to eat in this area and everything is more spread out and not as pedestrian feiendly as medellin. I was staying at a hotel called Hotel H21 on calle 21 a few blocks from the action on cra 10. The hotel is chica friendly as I brought about 7 girls back to my room and they never charged an additional fee.

The area in general looked kinda desolate and uninteresting. After a few days I was ready to leave.

Theres a hotel del Rey in Cali also. Its just a hotel not a bar like in CR. Off Calle 21 in an alley around Cra 12.
