Ambien is the new drug of choice to knock you out. It's really to get into a relaxed party situation where you think this couldn't happen to you. Especially in group situations. It can.

    A must-watch video

I watched the whole video, and it put a fear of god into me. I've known about scopolamine, but I always considered stories about blowing it into someone's face an urban myth. Now, this video, if true, puts everything into a different context. There is a working girl with a story how she put cotton balls into her nostrils, then rubbed the drug under her nose, so you kiss her and you're gone. Watching your drinks ain't going to help you in this scenario. Scary as hell.

I have separate accounts for this very reason.

When I offered them money I wasn't really trying to bribe them. I was just sick of talking to them and wanted to pay whatever ticket and move on because they were fucking with us forever. They were asking us a bunch of random ass questions. "show me your best salsa dance" "what do you do for work?" etc. They just seemed bored. When I went to pay the girl's ticket the next day the head police chief kind of acted the same way. I shot the shit with him for like an hour and he cut the ticket price in half. Laid back attitude in Cartagena. I'm done disrespecting the law here though and I won't be violating curfew again.

I'm not really looking for advice here. My lifestyle isn't for everyone. Just wanted to share my experience because I'm bored as fuck being locked in my hotel room at 9 pm due to curfew. I did my part for society and got he vaccine before coming so I guess I had a little tick in the back of my head that all this mask wearing curfew shit shouldn't apply to me. But it does and I got to respect it.
I am not trying to start shit here but why did you feel like that coming from a rich country that bought vaccines and going to a 3rd world country that does not have money to buy for their own people and because you took vaccine in USA, you feel that the pandemic rules in that country does not apply to you, you feel you above the law?

The image you present when overseas is taken in by locals that all foreigners from the same place are like that. So when you land and start tossing money around like dollars in a strip club then the next gringo that lands the locals would expect them to do the same and it becomes annoying with touts constantly around you asking for money. I call it the Sosua effect. Its not as bad yet where chicas want you to buy them a drink before they would talk to you but its getting there. I know its time to find a new place to monger when sloppy over weight chicas start charging like their in shape competition.

For example. When I was there last time the girls kept trying to talk to me in dollars and these were just regular clock tower girls. When I tell them its not my first time and we are going to talk in pesos all of a sudden $100 por hora became 200 mil por hora, but we have gringos going down there not understanding what they are doing and over paying then the girls expect the next gringo to pay the same when the chica is just average and a dime a dozen.

You're staying in a hotel so the front desk speaks English. It takes less than 5 minutes on your way out to stop and ask them if the curfew is in place and what are the limitations pertaining to you. If you cannot bother to do that and like the thrill of being a deer in headlights when shit happens I wish you the best out there when that shit does happen due to you are a foreigner, your countries laws and rights cannot and will not protect you overseas.

"No dar papaya". Look it up. Your the guy some chica is going to scopolamine poison and take your phone and passport and leave you passed out by the last ATM she led you to so she get the maximum before you flittered off into a trance, then because you gave her the PIN she is going to just keep going from ATM to ATM and doing whatever to soak you, People are trying to give solid advice and you wave it off by saying "people actually thinking $100 or $1,000 is a lot of money?"

To answer your rhetorical question, $100 and especially $1000 is a HELL lot of money for Colombia, especially during the pandemic. The latter amounts to 100 reasons to target a rich gringo who has more money than common sense and give him a good beating or worse.

Several people have told you by now that your "I'll give them $100" attitude can get you in trouble. But sure, keep doing what you're doing, you just can't go wrong.

Different girl bud. And yah I won't be violating curfew again. I really thought it'd be ok since we were in a taxi the second time. Apparently the club can be open past curfew but when you leave the club you're violating curfew.

    White Privilege

JohnnySimms11 $100 is a lot of money to a lot of people in other countries. Hopefully your blind ignorance will not get you into hot water in the future. Colombia is one of those countries that can make you pay a heavy price for your mishaps.

    CTG Report

Fresh back from a 4 day run in Cartagena. This is my 6th time and I got to say, the quality of the babes was as high as ever for me. The curfew put a damper on things but we adapted. Stayed in Bocagrande and had no issue bringing in talent in our AirBnB. Did the beach during the day everyday except one day. Each day snagged a nice on from the beach for 200 k. Anyone saying their paying 100 k on the beach me be paying that but the quality is not that good at that price. Did one day hanging out walking around the Old City and met some stunners just out walking. Nice Cuban Cigar spot called Tobaco why Ron showed us a good time when we brought in some babes we met out walking the please City. Tried Delirium at night and that's just not my scene. Just to packed and to dam loud. Maybe 10 years ago I could party there but not now. Parked it in Dolce Vita and Space every night and had no problem landing stars. They all started at 300 k and I only got one down to 250 k. I too wear flip flops and shorts out at night. I want the babes to know I am a target. I'm not showing up in Versace of I got to pay anyway. All and all, had a fantastic time and going back soon. I prefer Cartagena over Medellin because of the beach and how close everything is. Last thing, those Venezuelan babes know how to party in Cartagena. We got back to my place and we drank and partied for a few hours before any sex popped off. Great time. If that government ever gets its act together, I'll be a regular in Venezuela!

I don't dress up for prostitutes unless it's the Players Ball. I don't know where you got that from. I just don't walk dusty dirty streets wearing flip flops. I prefer comfortable shoes on my feet. I don't chance curfew and already have my supplies and a chica in my condo when the hour comes, no need to be in the streets after curfew as an easy mark for police. I do research and never go anywhere blind or be oblivious to the facts. I am not retired and do not draw any assistance but it will be nice to be retired one day. Money is not a problem. I just don't act like a big shot with my money because money does not make me, I make the money. I am comfortable with giving girls a reasonable amount of money, mostly what they ask for and take care of everything when they are with me. Everybody wins and gets what they want. Be careful with the police and the chicas with you that get in trouble for breaking curfew. The time may come when your luck will run out.

Nobody needs to take advantage of you because you are already doing it for them. You can be considered a very easy mark.
