If it is proximity you want, then Cartagena is good. But you say hotel. I say you should think "Apartment"! You say "casa", I say you should think "freelance". But if you are into the casa scene, thats fine too. Now let me tell you how to decide for yourself if Cartagena has the proximity you desire. In the Colombia forum that this "Cartagena Reports" thread is in there is a thread called "Cartagena Lists", if you go to "Cartagena Lists" and you open it and you scroll down to the last entry made by Hillbilly69, at the bottom of that entry is a link that will take you to a custom made Google map and you can see where Hotels, Apartments, Casas, and other places to find chicas.

My guess is that women are cheaper in Cali, but women travel from all over Colombia to Cartagena to sell their affections for money so that their family doesn't know, there are also local street walkers that are cheaper and less good looking but even some of them are hot. Between El Laguito, Boca Grande and The Historical Center. They are all a ten minute taxi ride apart, in theory if you go to Playa Hollywood during the day, and LDV at night, you could get laid twice a day and never leave El Laguito, the trick is to make sure you have a chica-friendly apartment or hotel. Supposedly it opened last Tuesday. I went Saturday night. It was hopping. More than Dolce. It's a lot brighter than before and they play crossover music now. Also wanted ask why Elektra was not on your map, is it because of its being closed before, I just read a post that said that it was remodeled and open again.

All the action is in front of the Clock Tower. Dozens there at times, I saw girls there even by day and the moment it gets dark they were moving in. At one point it looked like musical chairs with girls coming in and leaving with somebody by the second it seemed.

Yesterday afternoon, I went to Playa Hollywood. It was crowded, perhaps due to the time of year, only saw about 9 chicas. Lots of other Latinas were accompanied. Also there were a lot of families and regular folk. Not what I was expecting. Also did not meet the infamous Tony Montana. Tout recommended by another forum member pointed out the available babes. Been to Medellin and while the women there are some of the most beautiful in the world, it's a bit spread out in terms of the casa locations to Parque Lleras (where the mongers stay). I am looking for close proximity of the action to my hotel. If the action is at a club or bar nearby the monger lodges, that would be the optimal destination. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
