I have not been to Cartagena in 6 years. I'm going to be there in a few days. I will report on how it is and my experiences and try to avoid comparing it to how it was before because that's not really helpful now. I do want to know one thing, is Tony still a figure on Playa Hollywood? I always avoided him because I just don't like dealing with touts but this time I'm thinking about checking it out because I've never had any luck finding prepagos on the beach. There are always touts around at Playa Hollywood and along that stretch of bocagrande beaches, if it's not Tony it's someone else. I personally found Tony to be too obnoxious. As for chicks, if you keep your eyes open you won't need any touts to help you. Go to the beach after 11:00-12:00 and walk the beach. If you see attractive chicas sitting either alone or in small groups (not families) just strike up a conversation. You're going to find out quickly if they're prepagos just by asking if they want to spend time with you. I have never stayed at this IBIS personally, but when I contacted them they confirmed that guests are okay as long as you book the room for 2 people you will not be charged extra. They will as for the chica's ID upon entering, that's all. I have stayed at the IBIS in Bogota and never had any problems there. Also going to Brazil in January and staying at an IBIS there after confirming the same policy.

This is standard for most hotels and works fine for the first girl.

If you bring a different girl the second night, you got an issue as she is not registered.

Most have a guest fee up to $100 for the second girl and any girl after.

Just a point of information for those anticipating a trip to CTL, many of the chicas strolling about the Clock Tower, have braces on their teeth. The girls call them "brackets' in espanol. This struck me as an oddity, as nowhere else in the world have I seen "escorts" with braces. I have always figured that in the US, braces were found on upper middle class teenage girls. We grab a few things like water, beer and snacks before we catch a taxi to the pier. Tour manager knew a way to avoid the 17 mil / per person tax by catching a taxi to another pier 10 minutes away. We board and set off for an amazing time. At this point me and wingman have broken all ice and got the girls all warmed up and having fun with each other. Lots of dancing, picture taking, drinking, and smoking. We had a great time and I would totally recommend a boat trip to Cholon and Playa Blanca if you've never been. Simply put, Cholon is a party island. At Playa Blanca we swam together and did a bunch of beach shit. I wouldn't go there without secured chicas though. Most of the women I saw there were already cuffed. I also didn't do any hunting while off the boat.

We return from a full day of fun back to the house where the grand finale begins. I had every intention to pull off three, but I just couldn't. Not after a night like last night. Jessica ended up getting too wasted and high, which was okay with me because I was pretty much done, so she was dismissed after a while once we settled in my house. Immediately after I'm showering with Leidy and Angela. If you've never had the Double Hand Colombian Shampoo Special I highly recommend it. Angela wasn't really with the threesome, and I never planned to so I had her wait while I fucked Leidy. Session this time was 8.2. Day 6 (Monday)

Just a point of information for those anticipating a trip to CTL, many of the chicas strolling about the Clock Tower, have braces on their teeth. The girls call them "brackets' in espanol. This struck me as an oddity, as nowhere else in the world have I seen "escorts" with braces. I have always figured that in the US, braces were found on upper middle class teenage girls. A full course of this dental treatment costs US $6000-10000. I wouldn't have thought that these local girls could have afforded it. Evidently, dental care is cheaper and more available in Colombia. Not just the braces, but the general condition of the girls' teeth is excellent. Beautiful white teeth, excellent dental hygiene. Just makes them even more kissable.
