I have never paid more than 300 k for any chica in Cartagena but I don't negotiate for time because I'm a one and done kinda guy and I don't like having chicas I don't know well sleeping next to me at night. Sometimes I negotiate for short time and it ends up being a TLN because me and the chica just fall asleep after its too late and we are tired out and if that's the case I offer a 50 k- 100 k peso tip if we have a morning session too. I usually pick up all my chicas from the clubs LDV, Space, Delerium. We usually dance and have have a good time first before I start negotiating. I prefer that than just propositioning girls from the clock tower. I think the dancing and getting to know you a little bit lowers the girls inhibitions a little bit and may result in a better price for you.

If you have to have a TLN or multi hours with a girl. Try negotiating for short time around 200 k- 250 k and then offer her another 50 k-100 k depending on how long. That should put you at around 80-100 $ for the night which is a good deal to me if she's really hot and does what you want IMO.
