None of us here are epidemiologists so anyone would just be guessing trying to tell you it will be open like normal. One fact which happened in our country as that the major outbreaks seem to be attributed to holidays or other events that trigger large groups to congregate. My friends and I had to cancel our trip here last week and diverted to Costa Rica last week only to see that also implement curfew restrictions from 11 pm to 9 pm due to Easter outbreaks (which was 3 weeks ago). We cancelled our trip to Cartagena as restrictions went from 11 pm to 9 pm then down to 8 pm. The government officials pinned the outbreaks due to the Easter Week as well known as Semana Santa wherein many families congregated. As you can see, there is a about a 2 to 3 week lapse to place a strain on ICU beds and cases from the actual holiday. Another problem is that if you look at the calendar, Colombians have an extraordinary amount of holidays. In June and July, there are 2 holidays and many of these prompt family gatherings which create a surge.

I would try to time a trip between a lapse in National holidays or just before a holiday. So mid July is actually a good time to go but be prepared to change as there are 4 holidays between June and July that may have cases high and contribute to restrictions. Based on the calendary, September seems a good time to go as there are no major holidays prior to that. If you do not mind curfews, then the time to go does not really matter. Hope this helps.

Great tip to plan your trip before or during the colombian holidays; However la "semana santa" is the worse time for mongering as the girls stay with their families.

For some reason, flight tickers are still showing like 1 K for a flight from Detroit, but I think that will go down in June.

July is the 2nd most expensive month to fly after December. People in the northern hemisphere are on vacation and kids are out of school so flights are full. Not sure of your reasoning for the price to go down in June.

And Stud mentioned there are 2 holidays in Colombia in July. I do not know if it will affect the price going to Colombia, but it definitely affects the price going around Colombia. Sux because when you are with regular chicks the only time they get off to be able to travel is weekends and holidays. But I am not about to pay 4 times the price to go somewhere with them because they could not leave on Thursday or had to come back Sunday.

Putting in my vacation request at work. What are the chances Cartagena will be back to normal by 2nd week of July.

This cracked me up. I just spent a week in Cartagena and I can say that the working girls were more than ready to say no than negotiate much on price. If you say $100 k, I would say you either haven't been to Cartagena lately or you're full of it. I'm no slouch. I'm fit, decent looking and been mongering for many years, so nothing is new to me. Cheapest price I paid was $200 mil for an hour. Also, I don't f*ck dogs so maybe I pay more because of that.

*Special note. Price gets firmer the closer you get to curfew. You would expect it to be otherwise but I had more negotiating position at 7:30 than 9:00 pm. FWIW.

I've read of more serious lock down measures a couple of posts above. Can't say as I blame the local government for doing so as no one was taking serious precautions. Covid is unchecked in the country and 1/2 peeps are walking around without a mask. I was vaccinated before I went and glad of it.

Well honestly the girls don't care about how you look it's about money I'm overweight and I got someone down to 50 LOL.

Colombian pesos and others to 100 the sweet spot seems to be 150 most of them. Supply and demand I see some standing on the corner for hours some money is better than nothing. But if you think about it 50 mil is like 13.75 usd it's not a be difference but you got to be careful with the taxis some will take you to the checkpoints on purpose they got something going on. But a great place to find females is tinder I had about 100 matches the week I was there and all were workers not 1 normal girl.

You are so right. You get what you pay for generally in life. The hookers range mostly from 5's to 9's in Cart and you are definitely going to pay more for the 9 than the 5. When I was there 15 months ago I only did 8's and 9's and paid between 200 k and 300 k with some light negotiating to get them down a bit from the asking price. Everybody was happy and I considered it a bargain.

Some guys limit themselves on availability and variety. There is a range of prices to tap into. Sometimes you have to expand your hunting grounds because Punter Central is not always the best bet. Been going to CTG and returning soon. Last visit was this year January 2021 under better and favorable circumstances.

I am out here in Cartagena. Lock down happened and I didn't even know! Monday -Friday 8 PM - 5 AM. Saturday and Sunday 12 PM - 5 AM.

I have been coming here for 10 years. I love this place. But I definitely recommend coming after all this curfew BS is over with. 10 PM curfew was manageable but now it is definitely not worth it. Save the trip come another time.

FYI Pleyclub was open after curfew and same with El paraiso del Marino.

Me and my friend got pulled over with 2 girls by the cops around 1 AM leaving Pleyclub. We paid them 200 k to let us go. Not ideal but definitely an option if you do not like anything down by curfew time.

Can't say I didn't see this coming. I left Cartagena Saturday night after a week and I can concur that people were not taking it seriously, especially the working girls. Personally, I was comfortable with it all because I was vaccinated, though I never kissed a chica on the mouth.

I would recommend immediate changes if you're planned to go in the next week or two. No poon is worth getting sick over.

First day in Cartagena report.

The curfew kind of sucked but everything is busy until 10. The prices though are crazy. Every chica, bar, strip club, tower, street asking for 300. Most wouldn't even negotiate. Hopefully better luck today.

Can concur. Just came back from 7 days in Cartagena and prices are high. I paid anywhere from $200 mil to $300 mil to start. Add propina and it's $250 mil minimum for oral naturale. Maybe it's a short term issue but I have to say the quality of ass didn't meet the price.

I agree that there are plenty of chicas under 300 k. Offers and counter offers is the cornerstone of negotiating. 100 k-150 k at the clock tower is possible. If you play into their hand they will have you at the price they want. Be firm.

And confident. Make eye contact and don't look away or act uncertain and not self confident. 300 k TLN sounds more like it.

I heard similar, except the noon curfew was to be on Sunday.

I couldn't find it on any official government site. The people who told me about it, heard on today's noon news.

I guess we'll find out soon.

I did see in a local paper that the COVID numbers are rising in Cartagena.
