Good points on the quality side of the equation. Historically, the clock tower was the lowest of the low quality wise, some pretty skanky ones mixed in with below average to average, as well as Trannies.

Seems lately some of the girls that are new to Cartagena are starting out there, that is where some of the quality is coming from. Pros coming and going to TuCandela can be found there as well, generally good quality.

Glad to hear your comments about pricing. I had asked about rates several days ago but received no responses so had to use my best judgement. For me, these rates are inexpensive when you consider there is no taxi, bar entry fees, and buying drinks.

Both of these girls are stunners so had no problem paying the price and their service was quite superb especially last night. I want the one from last night for TLN on Saturday but will not pay more than the amounts from the prior night for the two hours. If she rejects my offer, I will toss her back and find another.

Wanted to add one more thought. Probably 90% of the clock tower girls are subpar with the occasional stunner. Most of the girls are only worth about $100 k pesos or less as has been suggested. Either they have Lots of mileage or are gorditas or just low class. I could probably get even get the rare stunner for $150 k pesos or less depending on their evening traffic. So next time, I will throw out a lesser amount (below $200 k) and see what happens.

After all, all they can say is no.

They can start out at 3,4,500 k for all we care, what they start at is not important. Tell them you are used to paying 100 k, that you might be willing to pay them 120 k, etc.

Above all, be willing to walk away from any of them that want to play hardball. There are too many other options in Cartagena as you've already noticed.

Since I enjoyed my most recent foray to the clock tower on Tuesday, I decided to try my luck again last night (see prior report). This time, around 9:30 pm, I sat with a friend of mine at one of the tables in front of Donde Fidel and ordered a few drinks. After about an hour, a nice looking trio of girls took a seat at the adjoining table. Immediately determining, they were in the game, I started to flirt with them and it was not long before my focus went to one chica who looked a bit like Phoebe Cates (Fast Times at Ridgemont High). Her name is Bridget and all three are from Barranquilla. She gave her age as 19. As with the girl noted in my Tuesday report, she quoted $300,000 k pesos for two hours. She claimed to like to kiss, which I immediately assumed was a lie as most of them do not offer this on menu. In CTG, in particular, they seem to be adverse to this level of intimacy.

I countered with $200 k, which she accepted immediately so basically the same price as Tuesday for same amount of time. Unfortunately, the short term hotel (Sol del Mar) I used on Tuesday was full. Even though space was available in a 1/2 hour, the receptionist recommended another 'economical' hotel on same street called Tropicana so we went there. Big mistake! The price at this place was half the Sol del Mar price (30 k) but for good reason. It's a real dump with a non working shower, no tp, tiny room, so would not use in future.

This girl was super hot. Basically a tight little spinner. Once in room, she sat on bed, pulled up her very short skirt and started playing with her unit through her virginal white lace panties and giving me little pouting looks. I started to stroke her gently through her panties but she would not allow some start-up DATY. Later on, I persuaded her to give me some time down there but then she up sold me. First, asking for an additional $50 k for the 'privilege'. I said that I only had $25k additional with me (true) so she relented and seemed to enjoy my little tongue party. Pretty sure she came. But she really got into sucking my nipples and multiple positions. Once again, I left a happy man with two excellent sessions. So I consider myself two for two at the Clock Tower. So far, I see no reason to visit LDV but may do so tonight just for comparison sake. However, I doubt if I can get this type of service and quality looking chicas at LDV for the same price as the Clock Tower. Even so, one has to be patient at the Reloj for the right one to come along and it may be a quicker evaluation process at LDV.

I am quite discriminating and patient so it may have paid off. The first three nights in CTG, I did not approach anyone as I saw nothing appealing to me but perhaps it is improving as it gets nearer the weekend. As I have an apartment instead of a hotel this weekend, I may invite the girl from last night and one of her friends to go out to Club Havana or Tu Candela adjourning to my place later in evening. On the other hand, it's tempting to try someone else since there are so many available. It's an amazing cornocupia of selections.

Great comparison on LDV as the Del Ray smaller room. That helps a lot when I explain it to the guys, they should have an idea of the size and also the ratio post. Our Spanish is OK, maybe half are fluent speakers and the other half including me range from nothing to very broken Spanish. I personal struggle with conversations but determination will make up for that.

Worked with a few owners at the Palmetto to rent a floor, every one wanted their own room and it works out to about $100 per person per night. The owners of the ATPs have promised me our hobby will not be an issue. I did talk to the guy suggested from boards but we had to split up our group across floors and two buildings.

I have a feeling we will be at LDV every night, the easiness of it will win out even if it cost a little more but we will try ISIS and PleyClub and the Centro areas. Street walkers scare me (state side they are all trans) but I will give it a try based off the post. Planning on getting a lot of numbers and hope they bring friends or we hit a gold mine.

Based off want I have read even a smoking hot 9-10 that may start super high 300-400 k but in the end will do a short time for 100-200 k and TLN for 200-300 k. I am always looking for some partying and then 2-3 pops but want them out when I sleep.

That sucks to read about the beach action. I was looking forward to partying on the beach with some chicas, which is always a good time.

IMO the "massages" in CTG are overpriced rip off. As I recall about 180 k? And the girls are not all that. You could get casa girls in Medellin or Bogota for 30 k!

You should also check out the night time stripclubs ISIS and PleyClub. A little pricy but has some nice girls for a big group...

I went to the Reloj area last night. There appeared to be more women than the prior three nights and an attractive girl sat next to me on the benches with her friend. I eventually went with her to a short term hotel in El Centro and as it turns out, I had stayed at this hotel as a regular guest several years years ago though their name has been changed. It is now called Sol y Mar and is on the second floor behind a wrought iron gate. The general location direction is to walk up the street that ultimately leads to Plaza Madrid. It is on the left towards the end of the first block. Their rates are $25 k pesos per hour or about $14 USD. The rooms are clean, if small, with clean towels, a/c, tv, and showers.

My chica, named Andrea, was a young 22 year old hottie from CTG with long black hair and a smoking body. A real standout compared to most of what is available in this plaza. After some initial conversation, she first asked for $150 k pesos for an hour and $250 k for two hours. I initially made an excuse to leave to get more cash but returned twenty minutes later and proposed two hours for $200 k or $105 USD, which she accepted. Since, my hotel does not allow guests, I was initially concerned about having to travel outside of El Centro for a short term hotel so it is good to know about the Sol y Mar as an alternative liaison site.

Her services were generally good though with some oddities. She was relatively enthusiastic and provided two pops as to be expected for two hours. However, she did not allow DATY and in fact claimed to have never done this, even with her novio, if she has one. There was no BJ offered, covered or otherwise though I never asked for it but thinking it is not on menu so not sure if she does that either. Needless to say, there was no kissing either. Andrea had several other friends nearby so may try one of her other gal pals later in week who offer more varied services. Nevertheless, the short term hotel option skips the hassle of taking a taxi outside El Centro to find one. I also may get an apartment this weekend inside El Centro and bring more than one over of for TLN.

Overall, it was a relatively hassle free experience with a beautiful girl at a modest price. She even allowed a photo. I was there about two weeks ago for about 5 days and just happened to count the girls in the club because I was curious what the ratio was at the time. This was towards the end of the week of a "Festivo" weekend. At about 1 am in the morning there were about 25 girls in the club and there is always 5 to 10 outside either coming or going or smoking. We were a group of 4 to 5 and there were about 4 to 5 other guys in the club when we were there. I came up with a ratio of about 2 to 3:1 at any given time. The amount of girls was kinda of surprising as my experience had been similar to 40 to 50 as mentioned above.

The beach action was some of the lamest that I had every seen in the 10 years that I have been visiting. There were some LDV girls working the beach, and we met some that worked at some of other club that I had never heard of before. There were only 3 to 4 or LESS at any given time. You can always use that crazy MFR Tony or Jason to call somebody to the beach but that can be a hassle and a half.

We went down to the plaza down by the Clock Tower and it was hard to count the number but there were plenty. We even bumped into a few LDV girls working there.

One thing we learned while we were there, was that the apartment building above the Riquisimo Restaurant houses a bunch of girls. One of the oddest hook ups I have ever seen was by the Waiter of Riquisimo (Dressed like a Colombian Clown for the Soccer Match) help a guy out by brokering a deal with a chica at 11:30 am in the morning. LOL.

This is our first trip to CTG, we have always gone to San Jose and Jaco (Coral) and there is no shortage of different ladies to try even with 12 in our group plus half of the ladies are from Colombia. So we thought we would go to the source. This forum and the post hot spot map which is awesome has give me my game plan. Playa Hollywood for some daytime action and numbers and then EL Dorado for massages and extras hopefully followed by bars and LDV.

Plus how aggregative do we need be, first move but do these ladies dress apart so we have an idea at the bars, I know LDV is all? With LDV and a few numbers I was hoping these girls would start hooking us up with their friends. We are talking about 40-50 ladies for this trip and I do not like sharing but some of the buddies are known for swooping in as you walk her out for a half price fuck.

Robbed in MDE only. I never felt in danger in either city, but I never get extremely intoxicated. I was in CTG for two weeks, and only met one other gringo the whole time I was there. There are tons of bars and clubs mainly in the old city. LDV is the only P4 P club aside from the the casas and strip clubs. LDV is small, expensive, and same girls every night. Although I received GFE if I wanted it.

How would you experienced Cartagena mongers compare CTG to a place like DR (Sosua)? I have always been tempted by Cartagena, I speak basic spanish and can understand a conversation. I like Sosua because it's closer, cheap accommodations, and GFE has been good. For the value, I think it's great. But I am looking to travel to a new destination this year and have never been to Colombia. I've read a bit on the forums, and from what I can gather Colombia overall might be a little more expensive than DR, but quality of women may be higher (depends on what you're into obviously). I've seen people who visit DR say they love it, and would prefer it over Colombia for various reasons. And then others swear that Colombia cannot be beat. I am curious though if GFE exists or if it's more rare in CTG.

If you have never been, you should definitely go. In terms of girls, CTG blows Sosua out of the water (however, I prefer Puerta Plata, Santiago, Santa Domingo over Sosua! Things will definitely cost more (from girls to accommodations). If you like what you see, you should consider going inland to Medellin and Bogota where the girls are much much cheaper, however they don't have the same beach atmosphere of CTG.

He invited me to join him and since it was no cost, I accepted. I thought there might be problems with bringing guests due to the nature of this hotel and was not surprised to discover their policies. That being said, I do have two extra nights next weekend and I am looking for a place that is GF. Someone on this site mentioned an apartment in El Centro near Bolivar Plaza, which I plan to visit today. Any other suggestions gladly noted.

I am looking to take a girl for a few hours to a love hotel (perhaps Las Dunas in Crespo). Does that price seem reasonable or should I expect to pay more for two hours? I suppose, in the end, much of it depends on our negotiating skills and whether the chica needs some cash.

It is the Colombian culture. The girls are not very aggressive. You need to make the first move.

Thanks Tomas be! For the update in intel there in CTG. A few things caught my attention from your post. So for this hobby an apt is always best. Especially if in El Laguito. Close to LDV close to the beach not far from San Martin ave. Close to groceries, late night food and ATM. I'm thinking you went to Pleyclub. The area there is really shady and you go through a bunch of neighborhoods and for tourists. Just doesn't feel right. Hotels are good for the novias. Apts are always best to bring back the girls at all hours of the night and sometimes more than 1 girl. Thats just my own personal experience. If you could tell us what places were not safe in CTG? Clocktower girls are usually my absolute last resort. I like Paprika but that seems to be closed now so not sure what will turn up next. The pricing you were quotes is very high. I never did TLN but for a few hours 200 k is more than enough. In some cases 80-100 for 1 hour is very doable. Ldv girls are hot! Most of the time 200 k for LDV girls is fine. Just have to be firm with them and take the lead. If she refuses another girl will take the $$. Maybe it will be more packed with Paprika closed. I will be there in Sept.
