Just finishing my stay at the Hampton Inn in Bocagrande, and they have been very girl friendly for many years, but sadly that has come to an end. You can now just register one guest for free, and after that you have to pay 150 k pesos per visitor. Change happened sometime a couple weeks ago, front desk couldn't say exactly why, just that they had some problems and this was a corporate decision from Bogota. So it seems like they definitely don't want our business.

IMO this corporate decision is based on economics. Another way to contribute to the bottom line! Got to pay to play. Luvchicas.

I've been reading and researching for a long time, finally going to make my first trip in a week.

1. Any restaurants people recommend?

2. Any good spas? I love to intersperse an excellent relaxing massage with all the action, and sometimes reward a girl or two, gets them in an excellent mood.

3. If anyone has any recommendations for girls they want / can pm me, I'm always down for a good referral.

Finally, just wanted to thank this board as I don't think I'd ever had the balls to try the country out without reading everyone's trip reports, Ill try and give back after my trip.

I just got back from my trip to Brazil for 2 weeks and I am potentially considering May second week for my next spot and Cartagena. I am going to be collecting some info and do RTFF and make it official (ticket and stuff) next week. Would you mind if I ask. What are your goals there? And what you plan to cover (Boates, terma etc.) - aka. Enlightening me what Cartagena has to offer in mongering.

I am in my mid 30's and consider myself in decent shape while I am definitely not the hot looking masculine guy out there. Haha. My goal for the visit will be eat (no priority in food), sleep, sex and repeat. Would love to tag along other mongers out there.

You probably want to consider paying for a membership on this forum so you can use the Private Message service. Some people are willing to share more information in a PM and if you end up finding someone who is visiting at the same time as you they can only share contact details in a PM.

You can get there as early as 9 pm but most girls don't start arriving until 10 pm. I normally get there around 9:30 and leave around 11:30 or midnight. By midnight you will notice most of the good ones are gone or they are grouped up by the bar area trying to get attention from whoever is in the VIP. The others that hardly get attention will group up in the back by the bathroom entrance, and the decent ones still trying to get attention will group up in front of the DJ booth before leaving and heading over to Delirium.

This is a reason why I never stay at hotels or areas with security as I want zero restrictions on who can come in or who can stay over.

You ended up staying almost at the border where it turns from luxury to poverty. Right next to that building is a wall with a huge empty lot and the highway turns from a 2 way highway into a 1 way highway leading cars back to Centro. Completely fucked up my mind the first time it happened to me as were driving then all of a sudden, all the cars were coming at us and that's when we realized we ran out of road for our side of the street jajaja. Good times, good times luckily it was in the daytime.

Right and because there was a problem with hot water at that apartment in Morros we moved beyond that border to a small (shitty) beach hotel called Kerilé which had no hot water and one morning not even water for 2 hours! A small inconvenience compared to the pleasure of making the girl squirt like crazy.

One night we had dinner in historical CTG and got back to the hotel quite late by taxi. The driver seemed unimpressed when we told him the address but after the wall you mentioned he locked the car doors: bit scary after dark.

Do you know what the visitor policy is at the AC Marriott in Santa Marta? I am planning to go there ASAP to visit a chica and her friend and look around for some other chicas.

No problems whatsover either at AC Marriott or at a 4 star hotel in the centre of SM called Plaza Catedral which by the way I don't recommend.

For those planning to stay at a 4 or 5 star hotel in Cartagena, please bear in mind you won't be allowed to check in with a venezuelan girl who didn't enter Colombia legally.

It happened to me last week. After spending a few days together in SMarta where the girl joined me by plane from Bog where she lives, I booked the Dann hotel in CTG Bocagrande beach for three nights only to be told at the reception my friend wouldn't be allowed to stay because she couldn't produce a duly stamped passport showing she had entered Colombia legally.

We ended up staying in CTG north beaches, Morros area in an apartement booked at Sonesta hotel reception, where we had dinner that same evening. You can take a plane, have meals at hotels, enjoy the swimming pool, swim at the beach, etc, but you can't stay overnight.

No problems in SMarta where we stayed at AC Marriott.
