Anyone ever done any research about this building. Edificio Tocohagua in El Laguito, its on the beach side of calle 1b about two buioldings past where the roads merge and one building and a parking lot and a street before the Palmetta Sunset . I was walking back from eating with my "novia", when like five prepago looking chicas walked out and my "novia" said lots of prepago stay there, I thought it might be interesting to know more about the buildings guest policy, I know chicas sometimes come into town from cities all over Colombia to make some money, it might be interesting to be in the same building / or complicated depending on how you play it and how crazy the chicas are.

This building used to be great about 20 years ago, I stayed there many times, and the ocean front view and breeze was great! I just flew back into Cartagena this morning and I am only here til Sunday morning. I stayed up late in Medelland and challenged my self by pulling three chicas out of Lleras Park -one at a time. Should I choose Cartagena or Dominican Republic?

I want a place with a good street walker scene, and a good selection of hooker bars. I'd like a selection of MP's or bordello's as well, but they're not my first port of call, a street scene is more successful for my style, as long as its not a total car crash of a place, druggie and tranny infested. I don't generally care about to strip clubs, someone else can "make it rain. ". I've never really ordered online, bait and switch or 10 year old photos are just too prevalent in my view.

Years ago I went to Cartagena two or three times, loved it. But that was before the prices when up up and away, and before the moral majority were out blowing their horns.

At DarrenGap: Just a reminder, end of February in 2020 is Carnaval with 21 to 29 for Rio. Given costs were not an issue, the choices are # 1 Brazil, followed by # 2 Colombia, followed by # 3 Dom Rep. Lodging costs though are triple for Carnaval dates in Brazil. Overall, I would go for Colombia, you can hit Barranquilla for couple of days also.

On my last visit I flew from Barranquilla, stayed there overnight but was too tired to fck.
