I arrived yesterday at the Dann Hotel with my Tomboy in tow. I had a reservation for an an Ocean View Room with an king size bed and a Balcony directly over the water. I had sent them E mails requesting a high floor room, they informed me that based on availability they could only give me a room on the 9th floor, but perhaps a higher floor the next day.

I showed them the E mails, and they said how about we give you a Suite with a Balcony on the 9th floor with no upcharge. So I said okay and upon entering the room there was a large living area, a big balcony, and a room with two small twin beds in it. , and an adjacent bathroom. I went back downstairs to reception and said I wanted a room with a king size bed, and they had a puzzled look on their faces, and said there was a room with a king Size bed and had somebody take us back up to the room, and apparently what looked like a closet door was the entry to the Master Bedroom with a bathroom as well. I have always stayed in a higher floor room, about fifty to seventy feet higher, but I actually like the view from the lower level. Also, the former EXITO across the street was converted into a Caruilla Express and better organized.

Having a great day here today, that started with an Ocean swim, some bodysurfing, a morning session, breakfast, a walk thru the Old City, and a walk around the fort on the Hill. Cartagena is growing on me as it is very different than Bogota or Medellin and has much more of a European feel to it with all tourists I suppose, but is still very different. As far as a mongering destination, well it's on the bottom of venues in Colombia as far as I am concerned, but can be lots of fun with someone you get along well with and can chill out with.

I suspect lots of guys got drugged and robbed in Colombia without reporting. I would have to raise my alertness against the girls so high it would not be sexy with them.

December 23 they had immigration officers and camera crews by the clock tower near the girls. As long as you are meeting girls in a club like dolce vita you Should be fine. They are looking for guys with under age girls at the square. They just kept sending them around the bar loop or to hangout in front of dolce vita. Police on every corner. Took a girl from a club without any problems.

Vehicular circulation is also prohibited in the corridors of Avenida Blas de Lezo, from Avenida Santander and Paseo de Los Mrtires, until Carrera 8 B, on December 31,2021, from 8 pm M. Until 12 am M.
Other measures.
Decree 1368 also prohibits the circulation of tourist cars on Friday, December 31,2021.
And vehicular circulation is restricted, including motorcycle and related vehicles, along Blas de Lezo avenue, from Santander avenue and along Paseo de Los Mrtires, to Carrera 8 B, from 7 pm. M. December 31,2021 until 3 am M. January 1, 2022.

Strippers in strip clubs in Cartagena are hookers - itdyou can take them to a room and have sex with them for a price after they have danced and seduced you from on stage - this is not like strip clubs in the United States where you can barely even touch the girl and you pay girlst to tease - not at all. So it is a nice set up for some guys - say a guy goes to a casa - only thing that happens is they like all the girls up and say "pick one" BUT it is a better than a casa because there are sexy women dancing and maybe one of them moves her hips in a way that turns the guy on - so it adds to his experience to be seduced before he even makes the decision

What baseball thing you have been working on in Colombia?

The first nights in 2 Colombian cities, I had putas steal my Android phones, one was very quick to try to steal from my suitcase. Meanwhile I have been going to Tijuana to consort with bar and street girls, twice some weeks, never had anything stolen or attempted in all 30+ years. The probability of getting mongers' things stolen is more than 10 million to 1 for Colombia over Tijuana.

Still doing the Baseball thing in Colombian, Bogota mainly but work has me out in most large cities. I too have had a misstep when I was making my first trips to Colombian, I posted it back in August, over my Tijuana old phone that she stole but was caught before she could get out the building with the phone, security lets them out only after I call and said they good, same as when they want to come up to the apartment security must call me. I told her I was going to be nice to her even if she was not nice to me and not send her to jail. I feel it did some good she was so scared crying and lying. Stripper clubs have their advantages, they are much safer than being with a woman on the street, because they will not rob you at the slightest carelessness, another advantage is that they are not so overcrowded and you can have a wide and comfortable space while you talk with The girls, obviously the biggest disadvantage is that they are more expensive and that it is not possible to negotiate a rate, but you are paying for the service they offer you, I have been with several members of the forum in these clubs and they all liked it.

Definitely lots of police as previously stated they seem to be corralling the girls away from the families at clock tower. Had drinks in all 3 of the famous clubs. Delirium had A terrible selection seemed like a hangout for 16 year old kids to drink. Space was a little busier but zero talent. Dolce Vita was by far the best with the most selection of quality girls. Unlucky for me I finally went in at 10 pm and the 4 best talent had made their deals and we're heading out the door during my first beer. Will report back tomorrow. Really wish they had a strip club here thought I had heard la Isla was making one a few years ago but have seen no reports of it.

The clock tower scene will return after the holidays. The same thing happened last year. Families come from all over to do the touristy Christmas thing in Cartagena. I would say be the middle of Jan, the cops will relax at the tower.

And a good reason I'm booked for the 1st weekend in Feb. All the holiday lights are gone by then and the tower is bustling with chicas. That first weekend in Feb is normally Superbowl weekend and I've been there 2 years straight at that time.

I'm shooting for either Cartagena or Medellin for my birthday for 2 weeks in March. I've been following closely with what's happening in both area's due to the borders being closed in Asia. Every part of me is hoping I still have a chance to meet those 9's and 10's when I visit. Would love to meet some of you guys that helped entertain and teach me about everything that's going if you're there in March. I'll make a UPDATE on what I decide to do in February.

Essential update for anyone considering on coming to Cartagena in the next few weeks. You will have to show proof of vaccination to enter Colombia. Unvaccinated non-resident foreign travelers will not be allowed to enter. Arrived last night, expected a big Saturday night party crowd. The police have cracked down on the clock tower scene, very few girls were around in what used to be ground zero for hunting. The scene here has definitely changed from a month ago. The girls that were out on Saturday appeared to be taking a lap around the block walking past the trifecta of prominent nightclubs that are still working, Dolce Vita, Space, and Delirium. The police wouldn't allow the girls to stand outside for almost any length of time and seemed to be constantly running them off. The clubs were still busy and filled with girls. Nightclubs closed at 3 am. There is no shortage of women to be found here. It's just not as easy as it used to be.

Booked a trip end of January. Booked hotel = Hilton for two people. Searched other hotels but since I am a valued member of Hilton could not pass it up. Reviews are very good. May not be girlfriendly. First trip to see how things go. My plane from Miami lands at 1. 30 pm. Hoping to get a taxi or Uber to take me to a bar. Will try to make arrangements with a girl to see if she wants to be my companion. Money talks I guess. I can always kick her out if things do not go well. All valuables will be locked up. I am well versed with that after many years mongering. If I loose couple of hundred dollars so be it. If I cannot find a girl this trip will be more tourist stuff than mongering. Once I check in I will test girlfriendlyness of the hotel. I am well versed with how I can get bartenders, bell hops, security to turn a blind eye or even they can supply girls.

Maybe take a ride up to Santa Marta. Do not want to line up from dating sites. I like LT prospects personally inspected.
