The only thing I have ever seen mentioned is to avoid the Christmas Holidays as the chicas are going to be with their family during this period, also probably true around Easter. In summer I think there may be extra college chicas from other Colombian cities who fly into Cartagena to make some money, I have met chicas from Medellin, Bucaramanga and Bogota who said they are saving money for their college tuition in the fall. These chicas stay in apartments sometimes with a friend to share the rent. I have seen them walking to apartments in Laguito. With so many Venezuelan chicas and the locals and the chicas that fly in for a week or so to make some money, I am thinking the only slow times are around the holidays.

If I lived in NYC with a large latina population, sure. But one could say that about regular women people fly to Thailand, Colombia or DR to meet. Why leave the states to meet regular in shape women right at home? A good number of us like the hobby because of quantity, ease and variety.
