Anyone know when the ban on gringos coming to Colombia will be lifted? I have heard it was for 2 weeks. Was it extended?

It's a ban on all foreigners, not just gringos (however you define that) . And it's for longer than 2 weeks.

The USA Embassy is pleased announce that Spirit Airlines will operate three humanitarian flights. Two flights will depart April 15, one from El Dorado International Airport (BOG) in Bogot and a second flight from Rafael andez International Airport (CTG) in Cartagena. A third flight will depart April 16 from Alfonso Bonilla Aragand International Airport (CLO) in Cali, and then board additional passengers in Jos Mara crdova International Airport (MDE) in Medellin. All three flights will arrive at Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood International Airport (FLL) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

These flights have been made available to allow USA Citizens and Legal Permanent Residents to return to the United States. Please contact Spirit Airlines directly for seat availability, reservations, and pricing information.

These flights can only be booked online.

If you are interested in returning to the United States, please take advantage of these flights. The USA Government cannot guarantee the ability to arrange flights indefinitely. I have been going to Cartagena for about 11 years. , I do not wish ill for anyone but at the same time I miss the early Cartagena that I first visited and if it is like that again, it might not be so bad for us. I remember when I started going to cartagena in 2009 it seemed like a place for mostly Colombians. Venezuelans had yet to immigrate in large numbers and Cartagena was full of women who flew in from all over Colombia to make some cash and fly back to pay for college or whatever = Paisa from Medellin, Caleos from Cali, chicas from Bucaramanga, Bogota and little places I never heard of. The Clock tower area was not quite as crowded back then but there was plenty of hotties haunting LDV and Elektra which was all a guy really needed. Of course back then if I did pull from the clock tower area it was like 100 k so less than LDV or Elektra. So even if Cartagena becomes a little dead to tourism I think it will get by on life support and there will be at least the local chicas. I believe the chicas will come back. Fingers crossed!

I talk to two chicas from CTG and they're already on the prowl looking for clients. And I thought everyone was supposed to be quarantined!

The end of an era. I'm glad I spent the last five years or so hitting pussy in Cartagena. It was great! More expensive but really worth it. I suspect this is all over. Cartagena will take some time to recover. Tourism will take at least a year maybe two to recover. The Venezuelan border is closed which will limit the pussy supply in the future.

I'm happy to be proven wrong but I think things will never be the same there, or many other places after this pandemic has past.

Landed Cartagena March 7. Room was way too small. Air conditioner air bounced off the wall into my face and dried my throat and lungs out during the night so caught a nasty common cold for 4 days. Stayed upper Bocagrande Calle 14. Oops too far away. After 6 days moved to Calle 5 in the thick of things. Took a mixture of girls form Skokka, Mileroticos, Photopregos. Hit and miss. 60% older and fatter than pictured / 40 just right. Most 150,000. One claimed she mistyped her Whatsapp message. Price 180 not 120. I gave her a little extra because I was still a bit sick and snuck her in which would cause me to have to cancel the girl I had lined up for the next night. Had one street girl 100,000. Thin so surprised her tummy was as bad as it was. But she knew how to use her inner muscles causing me to blow quickly so OK. Had 2 girls from Palma Bahia behind Holiday Inn Express which their pictures were 5 years younger and many kilograms lighter. In front of Holiday Inn Express is Burger King. I met 3 girls there who took me to the condo next door. All 3 good and pictures were 90-95% match. Had 2 on floor X in same apartment and the 3rd on floor Z.

It is breezy and windy there so the water in disturbed and brown. Most of the beach is wind blown and hard as pavement. The hotels, food, girls are all overpriced which I have read but wanted to check it out for a week+.

Changed to Airbnb in Getsemani area (The Fort). Checked out the girls at the Clock Tower. First one asked for 200. Told her Bocagrande girls go for 150,000 and she accepted. Walked to an ST hotel 10,000. She was good. People watched some more at the Clock Tower and got a number and left at midnight.

Texted the girl I got the number from to meet at 10:00 pm at the statue were we met. Did not happen. Curfew started that night at you guessed it. 10 pm! Took her the next day in the daytime. Small boobs but super cute face, thin, and hot body. Problems. She checked her watch after just 15 minutes. She did that sucking my boobs is extra BS. I sucked a little and did the deed. Since Barranquilla is not filled with tourists I expected more lenient curfew times and knew everything would be cheaper. Mini van of 12 people for 21,000 each.

I've heard Bogota requires a much greater knowledge of Spanish than Medellin and Cartagena? I consider myself a beginner / moderate when comes to speaking / understanding Spanish but I did fine in Medellin. I have the confidence that I would do well in Cartagena too. But I think Bogota may simply require a bit more Spanish than I know. Plus I've heard it's more dangerous with crimes and such than Medellin / Cartagena but I assume that much like all cities, it depends on the areas.

I have plenty of free time now due to everything going on so perhaps I will brush up on my Spanish more and work on improving a bit there.
