A 2018 article by Bernard and Harris also found that serious case reviews involving Black children often lack professional curiosity about the children's lives, including their cultural, religious, and socio-economic contexts.

Some say that professionals need to recognize culture when creating prevention and education programs for CSA that are accessible to diverse communities. They should also review existing knowledge and present new research in a context-specific, practice-oriented, and theoretically informed way.

Ahhh I do not know how you came to that conclusion from my post jajaja.
I suggest rereading my comment, specifically the part about the photos released by the media of those who were caught doing it as I thought that pretty much made my post perfectly clear.

You tried to tell your fellow black men to go in a group to protect their image versus on their own when going to Cartagena without saying black men. So you tried not to mention race and got branded a racist. LOL. What do they say? No good deed goes unpunished.

I was thinking about it and you are right Nypher. Every time I go to Cartagena half the flight is filled with American black guys, and I think they are there to get women. I would be a hypocrite if that bothered me, but it is obvious to me why they are going.

On the other hand, I was in Bogota on a food tour, and there were two black lawyers from DC. We got to talking and I asked them why they came to Colombia, and they said the saw the TV show Narcos and fell in love with the countryside and having seen the show, I was like, "Yeah, I get that. Colombia looked beautiful in that show. " So they could have been doing cocaine and women all night long but unlike other guys I have seen and met in Colombia, they did not give off that impression. So what you said made a lot of sense.

Thing that Old Kool said gave me the impression that he thinks racism is less in the USA or does not exist in Colombia, and that got me to thinking too. This is nothing against him. He might not even feel this way. It just made me think. I was trying to get my gal's daughter and her cousin to trash talk me when we were having a pillow face, and they would not do it. They could hit me hard in the face with a pillow but not talk smack.

My Venezuelan ex-fiance tried to tell me that there was no racism in Venezuela. I think the people are more brown there than Colombia, and she said everyone has a distant black relative within them and therefore racism does not exist there. Thing is when I went through her photos there were no black friends, classmates, or neighbors. I have not talked to my current gal about race but I suspect she would say the same thing and once more there are no black friends, neighbors, classmates, or even coworkers in her photo albums either.

I do not have a dog in that fight, but if I cannot get young girls to trash talk me, then I would assume the language of racism would be shunned for sure, but the actions are more important than the words right? So, Nypher, let me ask you this. I don't buy that no racism line in Venezuela and Colombia, do you?

So according to the decree Titan24, it's was suppose to last until May 31st. Anyone hearing any ramblings on what will happen after that? I hope it ends and things go back to pre-Titan24 at least for the another year. That's better than nothing.

The 6-month time window is about to expire but then they can put it back into play for another 6 months.

While you may want things to go back to what it was pre Titan24 you may want to ask the locals who live there in Cartagena what they think about outsiders turning their costal city into an open brothel and having these youtubers put it on the internet for the world to see. The locals wanted it clean up so they can enjoy their city, to have outsiders come from other towns and countries to attract undesirables I'm willing to bet the mayor have the support of the locals to extend the decree. Not to mention Titan24 helped crack down on scamming vendors, harassing touts, underage extortion traps, trafficking, illegal vennies robbing on motorcycles and drugging, stealing and disappearing because they are just passing through, also them annoying ass kids that were always in front of Space / Dolce / Delirium begging (now they are at Kiosk #4 in the daytime).

I believe they are going to try push all that mongering stuff outside of the walls and into the neighboring town down to where Pley Club is.

How did he imply that? He is making references to current events. It is obvious that you have not followed the news, because his post references a demographic that has been in the news lately concerning the issue. I'm a bit confused on what are you calling BS on.

The information I prove on this forum is a collection of what I experience when I travel to Colombia multiple times per year where I stay 2-3 weeks minimum per trip, combined with information received from the WhatsApp groups, discord groups and other news sites.

Can you quote the exact BS parts so I can clarify because there seems to be some miscommunication in what I wrote VS what you read.

This Prestigious Physiquez youtuber started randomly showing up in my recommendations.

They are using old footage and splicing it up to make it look like fresh footage.

They are walking by the park Plaza de Bolivar, and only someone who have been to Cartagena recently and walked by that park would know exactly what's wrong with that video.

All I can say based on my observations all of the videos they uploaded saying 2024 is old. If anyone watches it and pay attention they are showing videos of The Clock Tower with no barricades, videos of people going into Delirium and Dolce (which have been closed for over a month), Video of the street which Dolce and Delirium is on with no barricades. I've even chicas I know in their nightlife videos whos been in the US for over a month.

The nightlife videos can be used as a scale to rate chicas but I would not suggest anyone to use the videos as a reference to how Cartagena currently is with the abundance of available chicas.

You are correct, it was helpful when the guy posted accurate videos.

There are still smaller channels who are eager to post recent footage, hard youtube crushes their algorithm hard.

If you're having a shirt visit I feel Cartagenas too much in Flux to choose over MDE or BOG. Unless you really like a beach, have existing girls, or are staying for a long time.

It depends on what you're looking for. If you don't say what type of chica you're looking for it would be hard for someone to provide you with suggestions. This is where my previous comment about that YouTube channel Prestigious Physiquez comes into play. Take a look at their nightlife videos and provide a timestamp of the type of chica you consider attractive and perhaps a member can point you to where they gather in mass.

The girls are still in the walled city they are just walking around and cannot stand in groups. They are also still at Playa Hollywood.

The big thing is that many girls left or are doing online only. They don't want to be out there walking around all night since they cannot sit in the clubs under cool AC. Titan24 also hit Playa Hollywood and El Laguito where they are checking IDs for the girls and making sure gringos aren't trying to sneak off with underage girls or the girls have permission to be in the country.

Remember the AirBB rules are also changing so take that into consideration you may not get a chica friendly place and have to spend on short time hotels.

In my heart I am a black man. Went to inner city schools, remember MLK being shot. Because I grew up in inner city Minneapolis when it had race riots in the 1960's, I was always looked down upon by the suburban kids at church and private school. My skin is white. Once in a while I do have sex with a black sugar baby, but she is not my favorite. Have never been with an underage girl, since I was underage and she introduced me to sex at age 17 while she was only 16. Young girls are not worth the bother.
