If they are not going to go for less than 250,000 (COP) than yes prices have gone up. I frequented Cartagena may times between 2009 and the last time was 2019 and during that entire decade I could always find a decen looking chica to come back to my apartment for a couple of hours for 150,000 - and the top price for a gorgeous chica was 200 k (including BBBJ) - so in my opinion the prices have been driven up. I suspect there are several factors that have driven them up. Mostly the general popularity of Cartagena. All these fools going on FB advertising this shit. Lord forgive them for they know not what they do. Then the recen events around the pandemic drove mongers who usually head to Germany and Thailand down there. It is not the same city that I used to love so much.

Go on Tinder. They will often list their IG name on there. From here it can go one or two ways. If their IG is open and you can see their friends list, browse through it and see her friends. If her friends are doing obvious prepargo things like you see American money in the back of their clear phone case, they are taking lots of pictures in luxury apartments or from balconies overlooking the beach or out at fancy food places then you already know what she does to get money. Add them and begin your negations.

If the profile is private follow them and do the same as above.

Its takes time and legwork but as I have learned and tested, IMHO, its way more worth it as its not inflated club prices, you get to see what they look like over time based on their pictures rather in a club scene with poor lighting and under the influence.

I just returned from a 5 day trip to Cartagena, and as you said most of the girls are still going for 250,000-300 k. The most popular ones in the club will hold out to see if someone is willing to pay their inflated rates. Mind you this is for 2 hours. I made the cardinal sin of not negotiating a price with a girl from Instagram who I would rate as a 9, when she got to my airbnb I brought it up and she quoted me $200 usd. I respectfully declined and countered 300,000 k even went up to 350,000 but she wouldn't budge. I paid for her taxi and let her go on her way. I hit another chick up from Instagram who was also a 9 IMO and she took 250,000 k pesos and arrived 45 min after the other one left. If they are up, are we talking double what it was pre-pandemic or not much of a difference given dollar is now worth more vs COP than it was two years ago?

Happened to a guy in Sosua. He was comfortable with a chick he had known for years so he left her in his room while he went out for a jog. Came back, safe was open, she was gone.

Agree. Its not just throw out a number, then back and forth like offer, counteroffer. Most times you have to dance with them or buy them a drink, sit down with them at a table and give them a compliment. Try a little romance.
