yea so i will try to be more detailed in what we want for this vacation.

pretty much i want a place where we can fuck all night and have fun during the day. for example jet skiing, dirt bike riding, relax by the beach ect. during the day and at night go to clubs or wherever and pick up girls and bring them back with us.

as for the girls, i do get girls at home but that does not change the fact that i want to bang as many girls as possible while on my trip.

$100 is to expensive to pay for sex though in my opinion. i was thinking more like $30-40 tops if not for free. i will rather go for regular girls but have no problem getting hookers as long as it is not some ridiculous price.

based on these preferences where would be the best choice for us?

ps: to catire, we did consider rio as out spot but the tickets are like 800-1000 dollars where colombia and cr are about 250-350.

margarita island was a dry, dirty dump imo. flights all have to go thru ccs and aren't worth it. i did like caracas however. dangerous as hell, but fun! ;) (of course there is no jet skiiing or horse back riding in caracas but if you stay out late into the morning hours - you can run away from secuestradores or petty thieves for exercise!) :d

based on the ticket prices you're quoting you have to be flying out of Miami, no way can you fly to Colombia or CR for 300 dollars. No way. No how.

the cheapest ticket to Colombia outside of Miami will run you $550 or so, with $125 of that being taxes.

sounds like you want an active beach type vacation with girls for nights.

you won't get girls for all nighters in CTG for the prices you talk about. Not anymore.

you may want to seriously consider Cabarete, with Sosua 10 mins away for P4P girls. You can pay roughly $50 US a night for an allnighter with a girl in Sosua. You'll have to rent a car, or have transportation if you want to do that. Of course Cabarete will have its own active nightlife scene, with Euro girls on hand, that is a nice option. problem with Cabarete is that it's QUITE expensive, as all the prices are aimed at tourists. food, lodging, you name it. You probably won't even need Dom pesos in Cabarete. (will in Sosua)

CTG is an option, but you won't get girls at those prices. You'll pay minimum $75 US for an allnighter.

if you don't mind paying a little more for airfare, consider Pattaya, Thailand. You can do almost anything you want to do during the day, the place is booming, and of course it's sex central at night on Walking Street, etc. Lodging and girls and food will cost you much less there than anywhere else. You may also have some options at hitting on foreign chicks on the beach (Russians,). Phuket, Thailand is another possibility- more expensive but far more beautiful.

Also consider Bali, Indonesia.

and Margarita Island, Venezuela.

as far as danger... cartagena? yeah, i rank it up there with boise idaho. seriously, the most dangerous thing that i see happening to you in cartagena is you get kidnapped by a hot 18-20 yr old for an hour, who ties you up and fucks and sucks you in every way imaginable and then lightens your wallet for about 100k pesos($45)... and then asks if you'll write her phone # down so she can do it again tomorrow. life could be worse.

funny that you should mention boise (albeit in humor) because the biggest number of crimes being committed in boise are by sexual offenders, mostly [CodeWord123].

i don't know what the rate of sexually related crimes are in cartagena are but i gotta imagine that the locals get their fair share of colombianas to fuck without force.

this being said i would think that, for a women at least, it is safer in cartagena than in boise.

I just found this website and I learned more about Cartegena from these posts than I did anywhere else. I have wanted to go to CTG for a while now, and finally I convinced 4 of my friends that we should go this summer in August. We are all american and do not speak a lot of spanish. So my question is, will we have a good time there? And also I know this may not be the thread for this but besides fucking, what else is there to do in Cartegena for a group of 20-22 year old guys. Any help would be appreciated guys.

PS: while I'm here, has anyone ever been to Costa Rica? How is it.

If you like chica that wants 100 us$ for short time and with an attitude go to Costa Rica they mostly hang around at del rey wich is a big pick up bar for free lancer in other word Costa Rica just simply suck been there in 2001 and I do not think that it had change Dominican Republic is a nice place to go for vacation but in term of mongering it is second place after Costa Rica never been to Colombia but it will be one of my next destination and from what I read on this forum I do not think that I will be dissapointed.

Zev, you haven't specified what you and your buddies want out of your vacation.

I suspect since you're on this site, that sex is at least part of the equation.

you also haven't really said whether at 20-22, you have enough game to pick up chicks back in the US.

you also didn't specify whether you want to hunt regular girls or will accept fucking hookers.

Since your Spanish is very poor to nonexistent and if you don't scare girls your age away, then Cabarete is probably a very good option. Lots of European chicks (most will speak at leats some English) there and they're pretty open minded about fucking, especially while on vacation.

If that fails, well Sosua is merely 12 km or so away and lots of dark hookers there (hope you like them dark)

Sosua= hookers.
San Jose/El Rey = hookers.
Cartagena= hookers (if you hang out in Laguito and cannot speak Spanish)

If you want a mere hooker vacation at your age, you might as well go to Rio.

How is the Dominican Republic? Puerto Plata or Sosua in general? and how are the girls over there?

I would not spend a lot of time in Sosua or Puerto Plata - the kiteboarding and windsurfing place is Cabarete. There's a whole international/young community there built around this. Wind is completely dead in Cartagena in August. The serious Colombian guys go to Ecuador in May and don't come back till November. In Cabarete, it's about as good as it gets in July and August. You can rent gear in Cabarete for these sports. There are a couple of outfitters in Cabarete that organize different types of outdoor tours around that area.

I've had some great experiences in the DR with girls. The crowd in Cabarete is international with a lot of people in their 20s, with any game you and your friends should be okay. If you need a sure thing there are options in both Cabarete and Sosua - Sosua is a bigger town with more options, more girls.

In August, there is more to do in Cabarete than in Cartagena. And if you are organizing a trip for other non-Spanish speakers DR is going to be less hastle for you.

well I guess everyone has their own opinions so it's really your call. But I'll throw in my 2 cents. Until you've had a sweet Colombiana make love to you, you really don't know what it's like to be in fuck-heaven. There is nothing like a Colombiana anywhere in the world. I've been to Dominican Republic... which I thik absolutely sucks. I've never been to Costa Rica, and don't plan on it. If I did, I would probably spend all my time doing wildnerness or nature activities without even wasting my time screwing a Tica. Why you may ask? You'll never know until you've had a Colombiana that digs you make love to you. Like I said, we are all entitled to our own opinions. I've heard Brasileras know how to fuck, so that would really be my only other desire in life (to fuck a Brasilera). Put it this way... I don't even look a pictures of women who aren't a Colombiana... Just no interest at all. So that should tell you something.

As for the Spanish... you don't need to speak Spanish in Cartagena. Obviosuly it doesnt hurt, but as long as you have cash, aren't a goofball, and treat the chicas with respect... you'll score as many times a day as you want.. ranging from free (if you can get a chica to really be into you) to as much as you are willing to pay. Of course don't expect to get any freebies hanging out a LDV. But, I also would probably go to LDV for a night if I were you. Even if you don;t take any of the chicas. Tell them to go to the beach the next day and take them back to your apartment for a nice party.

Other things to do?? Beach activities, the old City is beautiful, and I think the nightlife in Cartagena on a puente weekend is great.

And as far as danger... Cartagena? Yeah, I rank it up there with Boise Idaho. Like I said, it's just my opinion, but I know I'd never waste my time in Costa Rica or DR. zev - i think gonzo is on target for you - with a tight budget, little spanish and an interest in other activities you might also check out the dominican republic - puerto plata, sosua and caberete . caberete has a lot of wind and [CodeWord121] options and tour companies can take you into the mountains for hiking or mountain biking. there are generally a lot of people your age there, at least in the winter. a lot of french waitresses. i don't think the dr is as hot as ctg in august.

Hey thanks for the responses. I dont want to flood this thread with info thats not on CTG but you guy seem to know a lot so i have to ask.

My cousin recommends dominican republic. So now we are deciding between CTC, CR, and DR. I guess i will go with your advice and stay away from CTG till i brush up on my spanish.

yes I agree the Hotel Del rey is truly a place that no one should ever miss. san jose is much much safer at night also. It is an easy stroll on Avenida Central to the Del rey, plus there a plenty of nice people who will sell you cigars, shine your shoes, ask you for drug money etc... san Jose is probably the cleanist city that I have ever seen in latin america, it is spotless.

The big plus about the Del rey is that there will be plenty of americans to pal around with, with a vast knowledge of the chicas at the Del rey or at Zona Blue, where you are your friends can go.

remember Colombia is dangerous, especially for the Tony lama Butch crowd, you had better stay in CR

If you guys don't speak much Espanol, I highly suggest you go to Costa Rica rather than CTG. It's closer, the Del Rey is an experience not to be missed in your lifetime, and there's a lot more Ingles spoken there. In CTG, there's almost 0% Ingles spoken, among the chicas and most everyone else. There's also a lot more fun (relative term) non-monger activities in CR than CTG for you young pups, beaches, skin diving, volcanos, aerial trams in the jungle, ATV tours. CR is also safer outside of the cities.
