I am planning a one week trip to Cartagena.

Where should I stay? I like hotels but I rather stay in a beachfront apartment. Any nice hotels chica friendly? I have read about this Juan Ventura guy, can someone send me his email or contact number? Is it possible to find nice looking girls for less than $100?

I want to do tourist stuff as well. Spanish is not an issue since is my native language. I am recently divorced, I would like to find a nice 8 to 10 girl to spends the whole week with me. Can I find good material in the beach?

Saw elsewhere that you don't know yet where you are staying. My advice: if you haven't already done so, contact Juan Ventura to inquire about what apartment (s) he has available that fits your dates. Renting an apartment through Juan will help ease some of the natural nervousness of a first trip to Cartagena.

Thanks for the great report on 7/29/14. This may have been the best report I have read on ISG. For some time I have considered a trip to CTG but the reports were inconsistant, one good and the next bad. Your report covered all angles. I like that. You tried to give a fare analysis and let others decide. Thanks.

The report was of member "Cerevro".

Years ago I was spending hours in writing long reports divided in sections about CTG, what to do, where to go, etc. Scroll back 2-3-4-5 years and you find it. From the RoD section it will be easier.

It is not a monger bus, but it is fun.

I stayed at the Hotel Playa and the bus started out front on San Martin and Calle 4. You can board at other spots around the city.
