Just got back from cartagena so I'll report what I can remember about the state if el centro.

I was in el centro every night from Tues night to sat night. Tues night was slow as hell in el centro. Streets was practically empty. Not many girls walking around. Things picked up Wed and Thurs to be in full bloom Friday and Sat night.

So it appears the girls are not really being harassed by the cops anymore. Guys are talking to the girls right in front of the police most times. One night all the cops disappeared at 2 am as soon as Alquimico closed. There was a heavy police presence this weekend. I would say that the cops were situated outside of any club that was open. Alquimico, Monkey Bar, Mondo, VSOP, XO and El Pa'quin (I think I fucked up this name though). There was some military presence, but I think that was because the mayor was in el centro that night.

Anyway, I can say that on Fri and Sat night, there was some really nice talent walking around. Some I would even say worked out of DV. But there was a lack of guys for sure. It wasn't the amount that I'm use to seeing. The kids are for the most part gone, I did see a few but there were where the police were not. The rappers are still in the city during the day and night. Guess the mayor failed to stop that. The horse carriages are still in the city, guess the mayor failed on that too.

The girls can enter the clock tower plaza but they can't stand around there. They would walk there and see who standing around. There didn't appear to be any restriction to the direction you can walk down any street.

I went to Androgeno on Wed night just to see what it was like. I wasn't impressed at all. Only the from room was available. They are still working on the 2nd latin room. But from the looks of it, it looks way better that Androgeno in case you wanted to place that looks nice to go to.

I will say this: There are no girls to find in the clubs in el centro! . So please don't go with your crew thinking it was anything like last year or earlier. I realize when I'm high, I seem to understand what they are saying much better. I was listening to whole conversations and laughing with them.

I am a military vet and I would beg to differ. First, if you are in a branch other than the navy, then chances are your military traveling will be limited to Korea, Germany, or Japan, unless you count a war zone and we know what few those have been in the past 20 years. In the Navy, if you have sea duty then your boat may stop at different ports. And even then you are not subject to visit a ton of countries, but still more than other branches.

Second, the people that join the military to "take a bullet for their country" are few and far between. I've been mongering for a while a now and I will say that I've changed what I'm attracted to now.

1. Hopefully you get super lucky and the first girl you try from Tinder or from Centro will click with you right away. She'll kiss you like a lover and have sex without a condom. And most importantly, she will be very submissive and pleasing. It's very unlikely you'll get this right away, so you will need to try a few girls. Let's say you get lucky on Day 2 and fight a girl who has the look and behavior.

2. Let her go home and let your horniness die down. Approach the girl by WhatsApp and ask.

"Quieres ser mi novecita por un rato? She will obviously reply yes, but remember to do your homework before. What do you want to do on vacation? Ask her if she wants to spend the days with you doing the tourist stuff (Castillo San Felipe, Conventa De La Popa, Totumo Mud Volcano, etc). See if she wants to go to Islas Del Rosario or Baru for a few nights (the girls absolutely love this).

3. Negotiate.

If the girl is a true pro, she'll respond, "cuanto me pagas? I would never pay a muchacha more than 500 k per day for something like this. 500 k pesos is an insane amount of money to earn per day for these girls. I'the start lower at 300 k and let her negotiate up. Anything above 500 k, tell her "no gracias" and don't respond. She'll come slinking back to you in a few hours to accept. That's a gold mine for her.

4. Stay firm with the girl. They all think foreigners are stupid or at least naive, so she'll try to test you. Either by asking for more with some BS excuse or using a bad attitude to get you to acquiesce to her demands. Be prepared to walk away at all times, and the girl will fold.

You have all the negotiating leverage here: there are lots of girls who would love to be wifed up, the amount of money paid is a huge win for them, and they likely have debts or things they want / need to buy. You are in control here. Stay cool and stay in control.
