The restrictions are only in place until May 31. Cartagena doesn't have the resources (money) to enforce these actions all year. They just want to cover the tourist season (December to February), and Holy Week (Easter). After that, they will relax it quite a bit. I was in Centro on Saturday getting dinner, and they have the police roaming in bands in the streets immediately surrounding the clock tower to watch for anything. It was super lively though.

Hold tight. If you're in the city, just stick to online. The women have incalls in Marbella, Bocagrande / Laguito, and Bosque. Bocagrande / Laguito is fine. For the others, use the app inDrive to have the driver drop you off right at the girl's hotel, and then call another when you are finished and wait before going outside the hotel.

This is the only thing I got from the chicas about Getsemeni.

It was a hostel that many of them stayed at when they went to Cartegena to work.

Small world, I normally use the Cambrio next to Bar Etico to change out my dollars as one of my chicas is part of a group so they give her a higher rate.

I also think the heavy hand happening in cartagena is in response to the last black guy that got killed in Cartagena, not too far from El Centro. That got a lot of bad publicity for the city. Just a quick update.

Form what I've gathered from my chicas as they went to Centro Thursday and Friday night, it appears that the clubs are open in Centro but girls aren't allowed inside the clubs unless they are with a man and Police aren't allowing girls to walk around in groups or stand around looking like hookers.

This is exactly what I'm hearing from chicas. They walk and they walk and they walk around hoping to catch someone. They say they will be more aggressive now to find a guy. And a lot of girls are saying they will take less than before because it's every girl for themselves now. Oh, they hit most of the clubs with violations cause they didn't have an emergency exit. Guess that didn't last cause they found a work around by not letting the chicas in without a chaperone. Ain't no guy going to grab a SW and take her into the club to buy beers or bottles.
