I'm going near solely for the girls. Beach looks mid, the clubs as a solo guy don't matter as much since I'm not getting bottle service looking like a target. I prefer bottle / tables as an older clubber since I hate crowds but I'm content with standing room at Dolce Vita, Space.

Not even. Cartagena's "red light district" is literally just a square. Most of the sex trade is online. Just like Medellin and Bogota, but those cities have a lot more women. You can go to one of the nice beaches, there is architecture and some stuff to do. You can also get some really nice apartments on the water. You can go to other cities like Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Pereira and do some mongering in those places, but beyond that it will be pretty boring after a couple of days. Cali can be fun. I agree, and I would add that guys need to look at the weather. We have too many guys on here looking at getting laid for $20. Cartagena is not that. Again, if you network and are willing to stick around and spend more time than money, I am sure you can great pussy for next to nothing.

I think you should compare Cartagena though to Florida and the Caribbean. If you are looking to get some heat and sun in March through May, Florida is a great place to go. Now? Not so much. The highs in Orlando the next few days are mid 60's and lows are mid 40's, and the Bahamas are not that much better. You can see those temps in middle America in the winter. This time of year in Cartagena, there is no rain and it is hot as balls. You are going to get 90 during the day and 80 at night which is what people in the North want when they go on a vacation.

So yeah, if you compare Cartagena to the rest of Colombia, it is expensive. If you compare it to Florida and the Caribbean, I think you could make the case it is still a bargain even including the mongering.

When I combed through all the airbnb the bocagrande places looked the best. But almost all of them said "no sex tourism".
