Also the square is shut down on the working girls as well. Is this a change or just a simple crackdown and things go back to normal.

Both Peru and Ecuador now require valid Passports for Venezuelans to cross the border. This action has stranded thousands of migrants at the border who do not have Passports.
The Colombian Government has not yet mandated this. But it is just a matter of time.
The Colombians fear the worst and most likely are reacting based on news reports from neighboring countries.

In Brazil, border towns have been flooded with thousands of Venezuelans. The Locals have given up on their Government and have started to take the law into their own hands.

I had to deal with this asshole with the last name Garcia. Either you call the onwer / manager to set him straight or give him couple of bucks (I gave him 20 K) to get your chica through.
Next thing you know, he was my friend showing me pictures of chica's to call them!

If you see him and his boss and bald headed guy, then you know they on the shake down path. Funny thing is that we were going to tip them anyways before they started the BS LOL. They missed out on a lot of money.

I was told by the owner / manager of the property specifically that there will not be any fees to bring back overnight guest. I can only assume know it is true but will get to find out later. If his word is true, then this is just a shakedown on unsuspecting renters there. Anyway, so you manage to still bring your Chicas up the apartment even without paying off the guard, right?
Thanks for the update.

Hello all,
Going to be in Cartagena from this afternoon onwards until 17th. If anyone fancies meeting up for a few beers over the next ten days give me a shout. Be good to meet fellow mongers.

The real thrill for these girls is that each and everyone of them will post their selfies with their friends and other girls on the beach and on the boat on Face Book, fuck this will be plastered all over on Face Book. They will show off to all their friends at home in Medellin that they are world travelers, jejejejeje.

Just curious what a "small stipend" looks like. I'm not planning to join but will be helpful information for future events!

Posts: 1792Any info on a party boat rental w / chicas for the day?
I am thinking about next month (mid October) spending a week in Cartagena as I will have a celebration of sorts, so my idea is to rent a boat for the day (6 to 8 hours), something to carry about a dozen people, with music and dancing, drinks and other party favors, I have a good colombian friend from Medellin who will party with me, I want at 6 to 9 chicas (clothing optional, jejeje) bikini clad hotties a couple of whom I will probably import from Medellin, so my questions:
1. Any one who maybe in Cartagena during this time interested in sharing costs? It could be a party to remember.
2. I am thinking about my boat budget of 1,500,000 to 2,000,000 pesos, any one rented before and have any insight?
3. The 3 or 4 chicas whom I will import from Medellin are totally down for this, I plan on paying their air fair along with providing housing and food for 2 or 3 days PLUS a small stipend. How to invite local chicas and what kind of offering is advised?
4. My budget for alcohol and some eats for the day boat trip is 750 mil.
5. I want good loud music, do the boat have good sound systems or do I need to hire a DJ?
Anyone with comments and suggestions, especially those that have done this before is greatly appreciated.

Which Palmetto building? They have different policies. I stayed in Palmetto Beach and had an issue with the security guards. 20 K took care of it.
