By applying this same logic to mcdonald's you would be saying that paying $18 for a Big Mac Combo at a mcdonald's inside an airport is not overpaying because the rate they charge is higher inside the airport eventhough we all know the same big Mac combo costs like $9 at a normal mcdonald's. There is no logic in that thinking. The airport mcdonald's is charging double for the same thing as the regular mcdonald's it is not suddenly worth more because it inside an airport, just as a street girl is not suddenly worth more because she went to Cartagena.

The only reason they can even get away with charging those higher prices is because guys like you come along and pay it.

If she would take 40 K but someone pays her 400 K (or $100) he is overpaying. If she wouldn't take the 40 K because she knows she can get $100 from the next guy, and that is her Cartagena rate, then we get into arguing over semantics. Those Indians are on a whole other level. Every time I was in Pattaya I would always see about 5 of them negotiating for 1 girl and the look on the girls face through the whole conversation just seem extremely uncomfortable, then she goes with them with the most unpleasant face like they didn't even want to do it but they need the money.
