It seems like several of these rental agents are handling the same apartments. Which unit in the Mirador and what were the rates? Wondering if Mery is cutting better deals than Juan is offering.

The cleaner was still here when I arrived finishing up. The flat itself is a lot nicer than the one the street touts tried to sell me in the building next door. Clean towels and toilet paper provided. A nice touch was the freezer stocked with ice cubes. The flat itself has no wifi but there are unsecured routers in building.

There is also the side benefit of a few of the local girls sharing a flat in the building directly opposite. A quick wave and a shout of the room number out the window and one of them is running across for a quick tumble before I've even moved my bags into the bedroom. Have to love Colombia!

I agree to what you are saying. Before, I went to Medellin I met some amazing girls from Medellin in both Bogotá and Cartagena. They were there for a week or two and going back to Medellin to supposedly live a regular life because, for them, Medellin is too small for them doing this sort of thing in their hometown. Did I believe them? No.

In fact, I saw three girls in Medellin, the two I met at Lalo’s in Bogotá and the other at PleyClub in Cartagena, and it turned out to be great. I did pay them, but I got lot more in return in-term of time or company. They were eager to show me around or accompany me to regular restaurants and bars.

In Cartagena, I did go to PleyClub and Isis, but they were asking 277k for 40-50 minute, and will not lower their price. I believe they were asking lot more for hotel or apartment. I think their management was enforcing the prices because in Isis a girl agreed to a lower price to go to the apartment, but later changed her mind after talking to a guy in the management. However, one thing worked out for me at PleyClub was to ask girls for their numbers, and see them next day during the day time for 150k. In my opinion, the quality of girls at PleyClub was very good. Please note that, there were some who refused to give their numbers, but most did.

I think LDV provides a very convenient and relax environment, and there are lot more opportunities to talk and dance with the girls before committing to anything. Despite that, I had mix results. I generally paid 150k for 2 hours, often did two nuts, and some started with BBBJ without me asking for it.

I went to Cartagena last March and spent a week there. I had a great time and highly recommend the place to anyone, just be prepared for the heat. I have never been to Medellin, but I think Cartagena is great because you have all of Colombia represented there. The majority of the working girls that you find in Cartagena about 70%, especially at LDV, are from the interior (mainly Medellin). The women that are from Cartagena and the rest of the coast are either black or mulatta and I saw many that were very beautiful. That is what is so great about Cartagena you can find all different types of flavors from all of Colombia. When I was there I had 2 beautiful girls from medellin and one amazing black girl from Cali. The girl from Cali was a 22 year old former gymnast and had the body to prove it. A lot of the girls who come from the interior to work are seeking 1. tourist dollars (pesos) and 2. they do not want to be caught or seen by people from there home cities, which makes sense on both counts. So to answer your question Sato San you will find everything you want at LDV. I can say that I did not see any ugly girls when I was there maybe one that was a little over weight, but nothing not doable. Personally, after going to the other clubs in Cartagena Mr. Babilla etc, I think the hottest chicks that you will find in Cartagena are at LDV and Elektra. There are every shape,size, color that any man could want, there are plenty to choose from. Go and have a great time. Also there are great restaurants, places to stay are very nice. Beach is OK and there are girls always on beach looking to make some money. But the night life is the real deal hear.

I need some advice. The only kind you can get at ISG. Great advice that can save me some dinero. I have mongered in the Caribbean and Panama so I am familiar with the chicas in those areas. After having RTFF on Cartagena I would like to know. How does the chicas at LDV stack up against the chicas of campo, seamans and Habanos. There are a few of you who seem to have extensive experience so please let me know what to expect at LDV. I'm pretty sure from the reports here that its great value compared to the Caribbean and Panama but how great looking are the women.

The Columbia forum is complicated people say Cali for darker women, Medellin for lighter skinned women and I hear talk of lovely morenas at LDV but does it really have the variety. Chica looks are very subjective I know some guys like natural others enhanced, some younger others like milfs. I just would like to know before flying that far and spending 4-5 days. Tell me there are big breasted, flat tummies hotties and girl next door college types or even rate it on a scale but I really want to go and I need to know. I read Vics Pics and a couple other guys and a guy that said don't go in Oct butI want to go in late Oct. So some solid ISG advice would be appreciated. I always try to do my homework before I visit.

Cheers for the info guys. Didn't actually hit Laguito but more than a few places were open in the old town; much quieter than Wednesday. Saturday but a good crowd in a couple. Elektra was still going at around 5am or so on Sunday night/Monday morning if it's of any help to anyone.

Anyone know if LDV is open on a Sunday or Monday night and if it is worth going on these nights? The list doesn't seem to mention the days it's open. I get the impression Cartagena is 7 days a week as even for colombians it's a tourist spot.

Get to Laguito an hour or two before midnight, have something to eat / drink, sit outside and see many opportunities walking around the neighborhood. Check cedulas.

LDV is open 7 days a week best to get there around 12am, Cartagena is the main party spot of Colombia where they party 7 days week. For day time mongering hit the beach in the early afternoon or hook up with #1 Tony on the beach you cant miss him he is moreno(black) Colombiano with a gold tooth if you dont speak spanish he knows many chicas around Cartagena he can hook you up.

Conquistador is the dregs. Always assume that you will be ratted out in this type of situation, no matter where you are. Change apartments when your GF arrives and get to fresh surroundings on the oposite end of town.

Sup guys born and raised in the states of colombian parents, fluent in spanish, new to the board, going to do a 3 week stay in bocagrande, rented a studioapart-hotel conquistador in December, already booked. Anyway my question is it seems like a nice hotel and I will have a gf come visit me for 2 weeks and then I will have 1 week to myself (in the beginning of the trip). Want to hook up with LDV and Pleyboy pros before seeing my gf in weeks 2 and 3. Are the receptionists from conquistador going to ask for ID from the girls or will they leave me alone? Will they charge me guest fee? How does it work, will they turn a blind eye to the 5-6 different girls I bring in week 1 and then my 1 gf for weeks 2 and 3? Anyone with any experience with el conquistador studio rental policies? The rental agreement did say 2 people max, which I will honor. This is a long thread and started to read from the back page and now on page 200 for any related info.

Edif Conquistador will never let you take in various girls(1 girlfriend or family yes) during your stay. Never, Never, Never. You do not want to be staying at any hotel or apartment that does not require and hold on to the ID of a girl while she is visiting you.

Yes they will ask for ID's. No guest fee. Once your novia gets there she will have a band so she will not be bothered with signing in. For CTG it is really not a real nice place. A little run down and a lot of familys and teens end up there, but the rates are not bad. My info is about 18 months old so things may be different now.

BTW it is in Lagueto (sic )
