The reason why people keep saying to add girls is because there are reasons to do so.

First the disclaimer. If you're using Facebook normally, keeping up with friends and family, former co-workers and all that happy social media stuff, anything you do involving Facebook is going to connect to all those people. There are some security measures, such as requiring your approval for anything someone tags you in, or posts on your timeline. That keeps the chica from posting a picture of you with her and another girl in the jacuzzi on your timeline. However, no matter how high your security or precautions, your friends will still be getting friend requests or recommendations for girls in Medellin, even if you are only messaging them.

Now, if your family situation, or employment could be threatened by anyone associating your trips to Colombia with prostitution, stay off of Facebook and you might want to consider reducing your trips to Colombia. However probably the highest density of hostels is going to be in and around Poblado with several in the barrios of Provenza and in and around Parque Lleras along with the Manila and Patio Bonito Barrios and a few in Astorga. If you live in Medellin, I suggest you walk around within these areas besides looking on the Internet where to stay. But honestly, seems like a pain in the ass and a waste of time trying to lay a foreigner, and quite frankly, I have rarely seen any hot foreign tourist girls in the areas I've mentioned. I'm planning a trip to Medellin next month (subject to COVID). I've done Tijuana and Guadalajara, and the real reason I want to visit MDE is the non-mechanical experience. I want better experiences that 1-hour arribas with half-decent looking chicks.

1. Buy the tickets and fly to MDE.

2. Get transportation from the airport into your lodging in Medellin.

Those are the only parts of your plan that should present any difficulty.

In my experience it's harder to find a girl over 30 than under 30. It's harder to find a girl under a 6.5 than better than a 6.5 or better.

Your other 2 requirements mostly depend on you. I rarely have difficulty keeping a girl for at least 2 hours. With some guys, the girls are ready to go as quick as they can. There are lots of things that go into this.

I don't believe the CDC makes or enforces border security. It is an advisory body with respect to coronavirus control.
