1. Buy the tickets and fly to MDE.

2. Get transportation from the airport into your lodging in Medellin.

Those are the only parts of your plan that should present any difficulty.

In my experience it's harder to find a girl over 30 than under 30. It's harder to find a girl under a 6.5 than better than a 6.5 or better.

Your other 2 requirements mostly depend on you. I rarely have difficulty keeping a girl for at least 2 hours. With some guys, the girls are ready to go as quick as they can. There are lots of things that go into this.

Personal hygiene is important. I've run into a few mongers who needed an introduction to soap, deodorant and toothpaste. Although occasionally you'll run into a girl who needs some cleaning, in my experience it's rare.

I don't believe the CDC makes or enforces border security. It is an advisory body with respect to coronavirus control. The USA State Department (which maintains a web site where the latest accurate information can be found by the way) makes the policy and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (aka "ICE") enforces it. ICE also maintains an up to date website. You won't find punter information on either of those sites. I mention this because there appears to be topic confusion. You are right SS. The CDC left it vague about how someone who has recovered from Covid could enter the USA. I think they are going to have to address the vaccine issue and what they meant by recovered shortly. Are they really going to let in people with a positive test and a doctor's letter as some have suggested here? Maybe that is what they meant, but that does not make sense to me.

You are correct on all counts and I can tell you did in fact visit during the early lockdown. The construction dust and the noise from the temporary bar bothered more than anything else. I for one like to see news of this sort here. I don't read too many forums and I travel regularly to Medellin. I would like to be informed of the requirements for entry into Colombia, as they change on a regular basis.

I arrived today from Newark Fort Lauderdale MDE. A PCR test within 96 hours was required at Newark Airport to get onto the plane. They also checked in Fort Lauderdale and in customs in MDE.

Mucho, mucho less than normal but there are a few people milling around and there is some traffic.
