I took it a long time ago for depression and once you're on it for a while it really slooooooooows you down. So I have also taken it when I travel. To slow me down. A good translator is SpanishDict. You can spell in either English or Spanish and it knows. Has verb conjugations and has example sentences using your word. Also a word of the day to build vocabulary. Great app!

Great feedback. I have heard mixed reviews on paro and if it helps with PE or not. I have PE and have yet to try this. I am assuming this is available over the counter here?

Yup, maybe they ask for a subscription outside of centro, I don't know but these centro pharmacies don't care and will give whatever meds you need over the counter. So far it has helped me but it could also be a placebo, i will know for sure long term.
