Went out on rainy Sun Night. My fault for leaving at 1a, as it limited my options. First stop was Bar La Noche on calle 52 near the zoo. At 1 a, the street is deserted, but there is light road traffic. Wasn't sure if it was open when the cab puled up to it. It's a weird setup. Barred door is the entrance, to the right of the small lobby is the lounge area, for want of a better word. To the left, were rooms. Sign on the wall said Hostel. The Lounge area was sparse of furniture: Three small couches, some chairs, and small tables. Three local dudes were conversing and drinking with 3 chicks, all in the same 20 something age group. Three other dudes in the opposite corner just drinking. Only two chicks available and presented to me. Good thing about this place is that it's open 24 hrs. Chicks were young, but none that I had to meet. Half a beer, and I left. (They had to buzz me out.) Also told me they couldn't call a taxi as they didn't come to this location. Luckily, there were plenty of cabs traveling on calle 52, so I had not problem getting one. I asked the cabbie were I could find some "cuero," (literally leather, or skin, but Spanish slang for hookers.).

The cabbie suggested Hilton a bar and strip club in Centro, and stated they were open til 4a. At 2a, its a very sketchy part of Medellin. Lots of people on the street on front of the place. Taberna La Nubia was down the street from it. No cover to get in. Beers are 4.5k. Lady drinks were 5k. As I walked in, I saw a decent looking blonde sitting by the entrance.

From the viewpoint of a Medellin resident who frequents these places several times a week, my primary thought is the impression that this attitude leaves. Five years ago, prepagos were shoving each other out of the way to get to the gringo, these days, not so much. I'm in these places a few times a week, and I'd like them to be happy to see me when I walk in. Not cringing at the prospect of another crew of low-class gringo chichipatos. Arguing over a 10 k peso tip for an uncovered BJ.

That is something I never understand, guys wants to go to a 3rd world country and pay the monthly income just to hit the pussy where you could of pay the normal price, you are now making the girls smart and they won't take less and starts to only looking for gringos and demanding only higher prices, local dudes getting mad at gringos now because they let girls overcharging them and they cannot pay it. I don't understand why some guys be saying a hotel room above 40 usd is expensive where you are willing to pay 10 x that amount for just hitting a overcharged pussy.

I also don't enjoy the crowds. I find the atmosphere there stressful. Once you get past the waiting room it's more like other places but that bus station feel of the front rooms just don't do it for me.

The place New Life has become too popular, and with it so has the attitude of the management! If your hotel stay was supposed to be $1000 for 10 days and you went to the front desk to check out and they told you had to pay $1,333, would you say well this is a luxury hotel so I shouldn't be upset?

Went there Wednesday night, (I think,) around 11p. The taxi driver said not to pay more than 50K, but I'm not sure if that included the room fee. The room fee is 20K for 30 min. It was not as I had imagined. I thought it would be more of a bar scene, finding ladies inside the bars, buy them a drink, feel them out, see if worth going for a romp. Conduct a monger interview. I'm not sweating the 15k ($5), because it was now 5.05 due to the 5 minutes wasted. But it's straight up bullshit that she tried to charge me for a whole hour when clearly only 30-35 had passed.

Thursday Afternoon My friend and I visited Energy. I only liked one lady. Most were too skinny or had too wide asses for me.

Friday I did a tour of the casitas near Parque Bolivar. Started late at about 430p. Started at Zandaly on Carrera 47 #57a-34 on the second floor, 60k for 60 min. I liked the lineup here.

2. Kamasutras, Calle 57a # 46-29. Weak lineup none to my liking.

7. Yakusa, Carrera 50a #53-38. I had difficulty finding this place. Carrera 50a was not showing up on my map. Its a small street connecting calle 54 and Avenida Maricaibo, between carrera 50 and carrera 51. Only one gal appealed to me. The good thing about this place: it will stay open late if it has customers.

I returned to Chicas Punto com for a curvy petite spinner. Perfectly proportioned for her size. She was tiny, not a midget, just short, maybe 4'8. " Booked an hour with her for 60 K. Maybe because of the construction in this area.
