Not super experienced, but I've had the best luck going to some of the local bars and getting the girls from there to head back and party at the Airbnb. Would only recommend if you have security (we have 2 armed guards at our Airbnb that checks all girls IDs and wouldn't let a few in).

While you should always take precautions to avoid being a victim, the odds of something bad actually happening to you are very slim. How many gringos were killed in Medellin in 2023?? Now think of how many gringos visited Medellin in 2023?? If you do the math you will see that it's not even like nowhere near even point one percent of gringos that got killed.
